Ice Balls Rock!

At first we thought the ice balls were kind of funny, but now we love them. They help keep things cooler longer in this crazy Texas heat, and are perfect for athletic water bottles. I am so glad we decided to upgrade the fridge!

(open box "same day return" according to the store). Since I was still in the return period the warranty was not valid. So I had to go in store. Pick out a different fridge, all my food went bad. Worst experience I have ever had with BB. Many phone calls, and multiple trips to store to get resolved. I also had damage to my wall and my step railing was left on the floor by the installation people.

I didn’t took my time to actually look at all the features it has when I went to purchase. But once it was installed, WOW!! very nice and the 3 shapes and of ice amazing.

Amazing Refrigerator Purchase

The ice feature is amazing and our water actually tastes better. Best Buy also matched the price when the model we t on sale. Amazing!

Food and beverages stay cold. There are 4 types of ice, but the craft cube maker has not refilled since installation.

Counter Depth Refrigerator

Lots of room despite being counter depth because the ice makers are tucked out of the way. Only problem is that our kitchen door is in the way of the refrigerator door opening - but that is not the fault of the fridge.

But, the installer did not properly install the product as he did not connect the pipe for ice maker from under the sink.

We bought this fridge for its ability to make 4 different types of ice and so far we have not been disappointed! I understand that there are reliability issues that could potentially arise later on so I will write long term review in a year or so.
