Best Buy geek squad delivered me a broken fridge. No attempt to compensate me for the time I spent away from my day job to have them fix the problem. Time is money and although Best Buy seemingly fixed the issue for now, their call center wait times and 4-8 hour service windows are unacceptable. I would add that they publish a phone number for help on their web site that is a WRONG number. Unbelievable.

Don't do it! Must use app to adj temps. App does not allow you to override sensors detecting that the ice bins are full when they are nearly empty. Just buy a dumb fridge without the need to connect it to wifi.

Still Waiting Correct Parts

We are still awaiting the proper handle for the freezer section. Original had a “manufacturer defect”, replacement that was sent was the wrong color and size, and as of today a correct handle has yet to arrive.

Deceptive sales practices.

Best Buy thinks that it's acceptable to sell a refrigerator that is discontinued, that you can't get internal replacement parts for ..... WITH NO WARNING. This is very deceptive and unfair to consumers.
