The fridge work very well. It is very modern looking. The purchase was seamless the delivery and installation was very profesinal. I would recommend this fridge to anyone in the market for a new one.the Best Buy experience was also 1st class. The fridge has a lot of space with adjustable shelf’s. Compartments for different types of food. A exceptional ice maker.

Lots of room like all the room in the door shelves. Water in fridge is easy to use

This is s hybrid in some ways. It has internal water on the left wall. I had a Samy w external water which is most convenient however it liked to throw ice cubs on the floor. The LGs with TTD ice and water would be more convenient but those doors are heavier and the ice maker takes up space. Here you do not lose space and there are enormous door bins on both sides. Thats where the extra space is. However I suspect that there will be some water that leaks past a glass just like it did on the outside water. Its a hybrid because they call it a counter depth but with a couple inches free in the back its 31 and5/8 deep to the door and another 2+ inches for the handles so its 33 5/8 deep about half way between a full and true counter depth. Its not a true counter depth. But its not a full either. The shelves only have 3 positions to be placed- the inside has limited configuration. A wine bottle on the door wil fall over so if you want a shelf for stuff that size you basically need to take a half a shelf out. SO water in or outside? Counter or full depth or in between. And take a look at the shelf options

This is a great fridge inside and out. I love how clean and bright it is on the inside and how simple and nice it looks like on the outside. The Water spout on the inside works great and is convenient if you want a cleaner look on the outside of the fridge. You can fit more than enough items in the freezer and fridge, as it is very spacious. Very happy with the fridge so far.

Like just about everything about it. The water dispenser and the ice maker works great. Has a lot of room and the refrigerator is well lit. On top of that it’s pleasant to the eye.

Very quiet, we like the feel and ease of opening doors. Holds more than the one replace. The Icemaker makes larger cubes than the unit it replaced. Keeps produce nice and fresh.

Spacious refrigerator with sleek design, and lots of room for all of our food. The ice maker and water dispenser work well, and the fact the water dispenser is inside the door makes the front smooth and smart. Flexible shelves on the inside are great, as are the nice deep baskets in the doors.

I replaced a Samsung fridge that had problems from the date of delivery - so I was extremely nervous about what brand to buy next, what would last, and reliability. While it's only been a couple weeks, I can say that so far I love this fridge. The amount of room it in is astounding. It seems well made and straight forward. I actually love the water dispenser inside and the ice in the freezer. Sure it's great to have an ice dispenser - but honestly the ice maker in the Samsung was a nightmare so I like the fact you just grab the ice by the handful and done. So far, this has been a great purchase.

It is well laid out so it feels more spacious than our last fridge, despite being the same size. That's great. I have to knock one star off for not performing a basic function: it will not tell me the temperature inside the fridge. I don't understand why. My old fridge did, which was useful many times over the years. This one does not. I even downloaded the app, hoping the actual temperature would be in there. It is not, it tells me it is "well maintained" and tells me the target temperature. It is now a running joke, and definitely a reason to avoid LG in the future. Sadly, we are stuck with it.

This is a perfect fridge for our space in our new townhouse. Does what a fridge is supposed to do! Lots of space within the fridge. The best part about this Best Buy experience was the amazing installers from Best Buy!

This fridge fits very nicely in the cabinetry. It provides lots of space in spite of the countertop depth. It's perfect for a small space.

The ice box fits the area better than our last one. The inside has enough room for everything we put inside it.

Love the fridge. It is counter depth and has a lot of storage. I like the in fridge water dispense as it saves room on the door. The adjustable shelves are easy to use and clean. Storage drawers have a lot of room.

Configuration inside, spacious. Nice layout with the drawers. Only challenge shelves have limitations where they may be placed. Overall really nice
