    2k Resolution Phone is AMAZING

Simply put, this phone is amazing. I was debating between this phone and the HTC 1M8 but once I laid my eyes on the screen it was a no brainier. I came from a Samsung device and while I like their products I was looking for something a little different. One of the things that I really like about it is that while it isn't metal it does have a nice premium and solid look and feel to it. You can also take the back out and replace the battery if need be. The buttons on the back of the screen take a little time getting use to but your fingers naturally find them without much effort. I can't remember the last time I was able to hold a charge all day but with this phone I don't even worry about it. the 13mega pixel camera with OIS takes some pretty nice pictures and the camera UI is really intuitive Don't think about getting this phone just do yourself the favor and get it.

Have not had much experience with smart phones, as this is only my second in history, but I love it. Fast and easy to use. Lots of great features and just plain attractive in top of it. Takes amazing photos as well, and surprisingly sturdy. Very very happy with my purchase.

    Awesome Design, Amazing Screen

When this phone was first announced I immediately noticed how much better looking it was than other white phones. I like how there is no white frame around the front of the phone and having the white border on the bottom with the LG logo makes it look sleek. I immediately got used to the button placement on the back even though my past two phones (Samsung Focus and Galaxy S3) had the buttons on the side. I prefer the buttons on the back as my index finger naturally rests on them when I pick up the phone. The screen is absolutely amazing. I'm not sure about other reviewers but I can see my screen outdoors without the brightness set to 100 and I live in Hawaii where it's always sunny. I was watching a lot of 2k-4k video on the Youtube app and it was eye-popping. The sharpness was amazing and I could see incredible detail with each video. Sadly, the latest update to Youtube now only streams videos in 1080p. Call quality is great and have had no problems hearing the person on the other end. The speaker on the back however, could be a little bit more louder. For a 1 watt speaker voice calls sounded thin and I would have to move the speaker closer to my ear which defeats the purpose of a speaker phone. The camera is good but not great. Using the laser focus is a hit or miss especially if you're taking action shots but I like the option of just tapping your focus point to take a picture instead of hitting the on-screen camera button. The battery is great as it can last over 12 hours with moderate use (a few phone calls of up to 5 minutes, watching youtube videos, playing games) however, heavy use with the screen on most of the time gave me around 4 to 5 hours of battery life. Overall, this is a great phone that I would recommend to anyone. I considered waiting for the Note 4 or the Nexus 6 but didn't want another Samsung phone and the Nexus 6 does not come with micro sd expansion (I have a 32 gb micro sd in my LG G3).

Absolutely phenomenal! Upgrading from the LG Optimus G, so many layouts and features were familiar. Was originally concerned about battery life, but soon found the battery was more than adequate to get me through the day; I am a fairly heavy user, being on Facebook, Clash of Clans, email and multiple news channels throughout the day. The camera is outstanding, the detail of the photos is hard to explain, let's just say, I was blown away. Cloest thing to a complaint is that the size is a little fatiguing to hold, but a sacrifice I am willing to make for this screen (5.5 inches). Overall, extremely happy with this phone!

I am coming from a Galaxy S4 and I love my LG G3. The things that impress me the most is the camera and the battery. I have used S5s heavily and my wife has the newest iPhone. The camera on mine is hands down better than both. The S5 flash has a really bad white/blue tint and the iPhone is awful in low light. This camera does both very very well. Better than my daughters Canon point and shoot. The battery was also impressive. I am not a all day playing videos on my phone person. I can make calls all day, play games during lunch, and come home at night with 50%+ still left over. My S4 I had to plug into my PC at work or it would be dead by the time I went home. In a rundown test I can play Brave Frontier for 4 straight hours and go to about 20% from full. That is pretty darn good in my mind. Right there with the Vita a dedicated gaming system. The speakers are the biggest downfall. They are rear facing and don't carry well. Perfectly fine for speaker calls, but meh at best for videos. If you cup your hand around the speaker it helps a ton if watch videos. Not very ideal :) I love this phone. I would suffice to say if the speakers were front facing it would be the perfect phone.

I really like the phone the picture, camera and sound quality are great. There is one "feature" however that I can't stand that's why 4 stars for a rating. When you are charging the phone it gives you a notification when the battery is 100%. The problem is that it keeps on beeping, vibrating and flashing until you unplug it so that you "save energy". The notification wakes me up several times if I don't unplug it in the middle of the night. There is no way to turn that particular notification off! I contacted LG and they confirmed my conclusion that it indeed cannot be turned off and they added that a setting to turn it off MAY be included in a future software update.

Bought two of these during a sale and am very happy I did. They do everything well and have a great camera too. The screen is super high resolution which makes gaming and any other task look phenomenal. The video quality is also excellent. Not much else to say other than this is a top tier phone and should make anyone's short list of quality phones to purchase. Runs the latest Android Lollipop OS perfectly too.

Gorgeous screen and fantastic battery. I'm glad I made the switch. I got tired of paying 1.29 per song with iTunes and really liked play music so I made the switch. My 5s battery was terrible and this is a big upgrade for me. I've been pleased with the battery and performance

I got this phone for my son. It is easy to use and the pictures on it are nice and clear. My daughter also has had this same phone for 5 months now and she absolutely loves it. They both have said they love their phones and would rather have these than the I phones. I highly recommend them!

It took a little while to adjust to the size of this phone. Aside from that, the camera is great, I get excellent reception and call clarity and I like that I can add memory to it. I went from an iPhone 5 to LG G3 and I do not miss the iPhone at all. (Especially considering the G3 cost me $1 to purchase, while the comparable iPhone would have been $300.)

I started with the new Samsung Galaxy S5 and ended up right here with this awesome piece of technology. I'm a gadget guy (Google Glass, occasionally), home server (Synology Diskstation), home automation and am working toward owning a Tesla. I like smart technology and cutting edge design. The plastic glossy silver ribbed rim to the S5 with want-a-be leather backing felt and looked cheap. I had it for 1 week and couldn't wait to see and feel the G3. Night and day difference to me. The QuickCircle case adds a nice touch as well and I am looking forward to extra protection when ZAGG gets there GLASS surface available for the LG G3. The phone was easy to set up but not quite as easy as the S5. (My S5 auto-loaded everyone of my Google Play Store apps). I love the ability to have extra storage with the microSD card slot but not as likely to need to early with the 16 extra gigs of memory (32 total) this phone has over the S5. The camera is awesome. I'd say very comparable to the S5 if not a bit faster (my wife kept the S5). I think the lesser amount of bloatware on the phone helps the 3GB of RAM perform better. Overall I'd say I am very happy. Wish the 3.5 audio jack was more universal with every 3.5 cable I own but my Monster brand had detection issues so I'm using a cheap RadioShack one. I'm hoping to play with the idea of using a USB DAC out of the phone or simply getting a nicer Bluetooth connection in my car. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase this phone on contract or off. It's awesome!

I was going to get the new iPhone 6, but after doing some comparisons, I went with this. It's big without being TOO big. It's pretty fast and the display is excellent. The camera takes great pics during the day and the sound is good. I am enjoying most of the offerings in the Google Play store. I got this through the AT&T Next program because I like shiny, new things and also because I was stuck in a contract with a scrappy phone last time.. If nothing exciting comes along in the next 12 months, I will be fine staying with this phone.

Best phone I've owned up to this point. I have owned a Nexus, S3 & S4 and this phone beats these phones at many levels. The Nexus UI being pure android was a plus but that was the only advantage. The UI on the LG G3 was a huge surprise as it is smooth and fast and not a resource hog like the galaxy. Very simple additions over pure android that actually adds to the experience in most cases. Not all the gimmicks of the galaxy s3, s4 & s5, but that is great because I found those gimmicks less useful for daily use and more of "look what my phone will do". Camera on this phone has been awesome and much more user friendly. Not as many modes as the galaxy line but easier to open and shoot and laser focus is on the money. Years with the galaxy line and camera rarely left the auto setting. Switching between modes doesn't make it easy to take photos quickly were this phone's camera just takes great photos... Period. No need to switch modes all the time. Screen size and resolution is unmatched! Back power button & volume keys took a week or so to get used to but now I find that it is very useful as I find my finger sits right there while using the phone anyway. Great idea LG! Get this phone. It will win you over. Would be 5 stars if bootloader could be unlocked for a custom Rom. That's an AT&T issue more than LG.

The LG G3 has a beautiful 5.5 inch screen and a sleek design. The option to replace the battery and memory card played a key factor as well as the quality of the camera and screen. A great price, the phone met all my requirements and is comfortable and lightweight for constant use.

Honestly, this is everything a smart phone should be. The screen is vivid and bright, with great viewing angles. In spite of that, the battery life doesn't even suffer. I easily get through a full day of moderate to heavy use. Moving the power and volume buttons to the back actually makes a lot of sense, and I love it. Very natural. My only complaint is that the speaker is on the back, but given that if the speaker was on the front it would make the phone bigger, I'm very glad they put priority on the form factor. The ridiculously small bezels make this phone a reasonable size even though it has that monstrous and beautiful screen. The screen may be too big for some. It can be hard to reach that upper corner if you're one-handing it. Other than those very minor complaints, this phone is a thing of beauty. The smartphone perfected. Buy with confidence.

I have been using android phones for the last couple of years and most of them have been excellent in one or two areas but always had something sub-par I had wished was better designed or had better quality. I have yet to find anything on this phone that is lacking it is super fast the camera is better than I even need and the screen resolution is just unreal!
