I have had many different cell phones over the years, and this is the very best phone that one can buy. Yes I said it, even better than Apple phones. Great job LG; cannot wait to see what you will be releasing in a few years. It will have to epic to best this phone.

I bought this phone as a replacement for my wife's old iPhone 4. She wanted the iPhone 6 but the salesperson talked her into getting this phone saying that it was more durable than the iPhone 6. We were sitting on the couch watching a movie and she is playing a game on her phone and while she was playing the game the screen cracked from end to end. $179 to fix the screen or $200 for a refurbished phone through the insurance. FML

The phone is great I love everything about it, my signal is pretty bad quite often though but that is a problem with the provider, not the phone. I was skeptical to pay so much for a phone at first but it was well worth it.

I up graded from a samsung galaxy 3 and the lg g3 really surpassed my expectations.

This phone is a decent phone it just wasn't what I was looking for. I had a HTC desire before this and I just enjoyed it more.

The top 3 android phones as of recent are the Samsung s5, HTC M8, and the LG G3. And sadly, the G3 doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Everything about this phone is amazing. The laser autofocus is amazing. It takes pictures of text with hi def camera quality, unlike the other two with some blurring. It has 3 gigs ram that is more than enough to handle many apps. The 32gb storage goes hand in hand so you can download many apps as well as other media. And the screen is the highlight of this phone. A quad HD phone at 2160p (nearly double the 1080p of the other two phones), this phone is way ahead of the others in picture quality. Watch any Youtube video in 4k with this phone and you won't be disappointed. And with only a $1 being sold here (with tax averages to about $64) this is a steal. The blue color is just the icing on the cake.

Coming from a Samsung GS3 (which I quickly outgrew), I thought this phone would be much bigger and heavier. I was pleasantly surprised that it isn't at all. LG did an excellent job fitting a 5.5 inch QHD screen in such a relatively small device while keeping it as light as it is. As expected, QHD delivers stunning images in both photo and video keeping in mind that the quality of the image is only as good as the content. The removable, large capacity 3000 mAh battery is definitely a plus. A fully charged battery with the brightness set at 25% auto can easily accommodate my regular usage without topping off during the day and then some. This includes heavy texting, average of 5 short calls (5-15 min) daily, reading emails, moderate internet usage, occasional streaming, some video playback and brief gaming. I also use my phone to control my Sonos system while I'm at home and sometimes to control my TV and cable box. Power users will appreciate that it handles multi tasking effortlessly. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM provide ample processing power for everything the phone can do and never causes the it to lag. The addition of the MicroSD slot is welcomed considering sizes of apps keep getting bigger on every release. I'm not a huge fan of the "metallic skin" but it wasn't enough to sway me otherwise. It still looks "premium" above the S5 and below the M8 particularly the gold one. LG's version of Kitkat 4.4 is intuitive and easy to use. Touch functions are smooth and stutter free. Camera takes crisp pictures but the laser auto-focus feature feels more like a gimmick than functional. Love that LG decided to put 2 ultra bright LEDs as flash. Learning to use the power and volume buttons on the back was a little awkward at first but quickly becomes second nature. The LG Health and Smart Tips are nice to haves but definitely not apps you can't leave without. Especially the Smart Tips, you'll probably browse through it as you're exploring your new smartphone but don't see a regular use for it or using it at all after. LG G3 is arguably the best Android phone out in the market at this point in time until a newer, more powerful smartphone comes around. Happy to own one for now until I can upgrade again in 1.5 yrs. I'm currently in the process of finding the app that occasionally causes the phone to heat up. Don't want to fault the hardware if its caused by one of the downloaded apps
