    We had to take this phone back because it would never connect to the network. If it was left on the automatic connection method and no 4G was available it wouldn't work. It had to be manually switched to 3G every time. It was an exercise in frustration. The phone is beautiful and takes amazing photos and has a good memory amount. This issue may not happen on other providers, but we definitely had issues on Sprint.
