    Bad location for microphone as slight movement results in person on line not hearing my voice. As typical too much bloat ware. Installed music player finds it too hard to find music on sd card.

    Love this phone but would not order a phone from Best Buy ever again. It arrived very quickly but could not be activated because Best Buy put a 2-day block preventing it. Took almost 3 hours on the phone with Verizon to get it fixed. I ordered phones from Costco before and never had these problems.

    Dud. Glitched and acted up within 24 hours of getting it. Returned to the store for a replacement.
