Both my Wife and I have the Verizon G4. Both boot looped. Both phones just under a year old. My wifi stopped working a little after the "New" board was put it. My phone is on it's 3rd SD card. My wife's is on it's 2nd. They get corrupt. Cannot format, or do anything with the cards. Anyone have advice how to get new phones or money back from LG? We have owned many Android phones and have not had issues. It is insane a phone can be released that is this bad. I will never buy an LG product again. I need my phone for being on-call for work and it has taken LG over a week each time I needed it fixed...

Stay away from LG. I loved the phone, but when you pay hundreds of dollars and the company chooses not warrant a major manufacturing issue, I chose not purchase your products any longer. I sent my phone in to LG and they wanted me to pay $70 to repair their poor workmanship. I purchased the G2, G3, G4, and G5 but no more LG products for me.

So I'm about to be on my fourth G4 in 18 months. Same problem every time, constant restart loop. Dealing with Best Buy and Geek Squad has been much more pleasant and I'm definitely glad to have gotten the insurance, but your phone shouldn't die every six months. I'm losing a screen protector every time, and all they offer me is a returned G4. I'd rather have a Galaxy S7. At least I might get so!e fireworks and a cool scar to show off. But seriously, do not get this phone.
