Lg g2 better phone. Lg g4 seems to do what it wants. If the glass had not been worn out on pld phone I reactvate.

No problems. Works well. I like the smaller size of the phone.

Overall decent phone...battery life is horrible. Can't even make it a whole day without charging.

The camera with manual controls sets this phone apart, but it's slow and has horrible battery life. Could have been amazing. I don't regret purchasing it though. I've taken a lot of surprisingly good photos with it!

I spent a few weeks researching many different phones before I finally preordered this phone and purchased it on the day it was released at a local Best Buy Mobile location. I've had it for about 10 days so far. It definitely took a while to get used to the much larger screen but after I was over that it is a great phone. Most bad reviews I see complain about the "build quality" but it feels solid yet light weight to me and I don't really care if the back is made of plastic because it lives in an otterbox nearly 24-7 anyway (I really like the commuter series for this phone by the way). Also I seem to arrive home from a 10 hour shift at work with moderate use with about 50-60% battery remaining and about 30% remaining when I plug it in for the night after heavy at home use (phone calls, web surfing, videos, and music DLNA streaming). So far I have only experimented with the camera a few times but it seems to do great with both cameras both indoors and outdoors and the screen is incredible! I don't even know why we need this many pixels but it definitely does look great. Overall I am definitely happy with my purchase.

I have been a dedicated LG phone user since my first phone. The G4 is a shining example of why I only use LG products. The functionalities are amazing, the improvements over the G2 make this a phenomenal phone.

My wife and I purchased the G2 new. Both those phones were poor and didn't last, forcing us to purchase new phones before 2 years. Wife bought G4 that came with $200 BB gift card. She likes the phone, just hoping to get my money worths.

I knew when I was buying this the G5 was coming out, but honestly I could not look past the $1 renewal. I have been a fan of LG and this has not disappointed me.

Best buy floor empolye should get more familiarize with there products and there side promotions. And I got a defective lg phone, even pade for express shipping and it was late

had other lg products, never a problem, never had have any repairs. we upgraded from another lg phone to this one

This phone does a lot, and the price is right. From past experience Geek Squad protection is worth it, too.

This phone is very good for a beginner or an expert smart phone user. Great camera.

i don't like this phone at all, would not recommend it to anyone. i had much better luck with my Samsung

The worst phone I have ever had. Constantly froze every day.

Had to buy new phone because Best Buys replaced a cracked screen phone with a refurbished piece of GARAGE( because can't use the C/word) in this review. The replacement phone died within a month and a half. We payed $300 for protection plan that stinks. Of course the warranty ended within that month. Stuck paying money for a warranty and a garbage phone.

LG4 quite different from the I Phone, sure it will be fine after getting used to it
