Love the features.. Good phone.. Great pictures...

Order confirmation received. I ordered two phones. I received one phone in the mail but this order was still processing. I called and Best Buy stated SIM card not entered properly so it held up the order. So I wouldn't have known unless I called to inquire why the processing status was more than 3 days when I am an elite plus member and get 2 day shipping. Overall the fixed he issue the same night, called me to confirm the status and I got my phone in two days after. The phone is great! I bought two and the end users have no complaints. The phone was cheaper on Best Buy than purchasing on sprints website. I am satisfied but my only concern would be that Best Buy didn't troubleshoot after the order was in processing status for more than 3 days.

I went into the store to get the galaxy s 7 due to the water proof feature of it. I looked at this one and the s7 on line and read the reviews and once i got to the store and saw the g5 first hand i changed my mind. The battery life is great i stream music all day at work and dont even use half a battery i charge it every other day compared to my old phone was up to twice a day while streaming music at work :( the picture quailty is great the pics taken are the size of the phone. I love it as a mom for those moments u just cant resist. Its easy to use and set up. Overall its a great phone even after owning for just a couple of weeks i would recommend it.

I have only had this phone for a little over a month so I am still new to it. I previously had a Samsung Note 4 and got used to the apps, settings and personalizations. I really struggled finding where things are and how to set it up. The sounds are different and the settings are different. I also have this phone connected to my Asus Zen watch and it works well with that. When I am driving, it is connected to my Ford Sync and I like that as well. The camera has a very good resolution, but because I have it in a case, it causes this strange foggy ring around the photos. It charges quickly, but it irritated me that it has a completely different charging cable than the Samsung products. I had to buy extra cables for traveling. It didn't seem to have as many "junk-ware" as the Samsung, which was nice. Installing apps were pretty easy. I hate the size of the keyboard when texting landscape; its too small! And finding the emoticons are a pain - plus they look stupid. I do like the phone log settings, its a quick "one-click" touch to call someone. The reception, though, at my house is HORRIBLE. My Note was not like this, so I know the phone is partly to blame. I miss the stylus & note taking features, but this G5 model does come with a "note" app and I like it a lot. Guess I am stuck with it for another 2 years, so I better get used to it!

Good phone, comparable to Galaxy. Don't like the unconventional charging port. Battery life was awful during the first few charges, but pretty good now. Not bad for the promotional price.

Another great product from LG. Long battery life great screen and fits great In your hand. Mods s little hard to get out but aside from that would but again and again .

Being part of the LG family with my G2, it was time to upgrade! This is a beast of a phone. Great on speed, amazing cameras, and the display is outstanding. Some aren't a fan of the modular option, but if you're like me, you will have a case and forget about it. Actually becomes way easier to switch batteries if needed. Fingerprint reader on the back ROCKS, but I wish they kept the volume buttons in the back like previous G series phones. Overall, solid powerhouse phone for your money!

I purchased this phone to replace my G2 and I read multiple reviews before making this decision. I am very pleased with the added features including the fingerprint security and stronger battery life. The camera is awesome and like to show off the power of the two cameras. I took some amazing scenic photos on vacation and everyone is so surprised at how beautiful the images are. This is a great phone and I am glad that I decided to purchase this phone over the others that I looked at.

Unsure about the power button on the back but I'm used to it now. I purchased two phones and am very pleased. Faster than the Samsung galaxy J3 and items in previous phone were easy to transfer with the LG mobile switcher app. No complaints right now!!!

The phone was nice and sleek. The camera was not very clear. I have decided to go back to a 12 mph camera. Great phone overall for the size and weight.

Its a good phone for the price. The only draw back is I seem to have a slightly weaker signal in certain areas where I used to have a strong sifnal before. Love the camera.

I purchased this phone as a replacement for my old LG phone. Best Buy had a great deal on this one so I went with it and am glad I did. I really like the ease of use and the ability to hold up to my two year olds You Tube Tayo addiction.

I switched from samsung when they got rid of removable battery. I love my lg g5. Now I just purchaced this phone for my son and husband. Only issue I have had is gps glitching a few times. Includes less bloatwear. Great over all phone

Great phone not much is new compared when I had the G3. Don't like they took the step tracker out. I do have lifeproof case and occasionally it doesn't want to wake the screen when I tap the screen or hit the button. It is a fast phone and I like the memory options.

Was looking for something not too far from my old HTC EVO. I would prefer a slightly smaller phone than the G5, but the tech is great, and the screen is beautiful. Love the removable battery option!

We really love our new LG G5 cell phones. They are beautiful and pretty easy to set up. Best Buy did an excellent job setting our phones up for us, although it did take a couple hours to do so. The Samsung Galaxy phones are much better and higher quality, but these LG phones are excellent quality for the price, especially since the new Galaxy phones were out of our price range and Sprint didn't have any upgrade free phone offers on them, like they have done in all the many previous years that we have had our Sprint accounts.

This phone is the perfect size in a day when bigger phones are the thing. It's build is very solid. It has a great camera. I don't use the modules.

Let me just start by saying i love the lg products i have owned. But this one falls short on many levels. For someone, like myself, who uses raw data for legal as well as personal purposes. Such as... photos, videos, audio, mms, sms, text, phone records, and recorded phone calls. all these things need complete details. It should be made easier to keep these things as raw data on sd card to read on another device such as a computer in a courtroom. All data should be capable of being read elsewhere. Where a call comes from and connects too, duration of such call. These are some very important things missing in capeability. I would like to see improvements in more useable settings in addition to what is here. Needs wrap around for home screens. Also the ability to add same icon to more than one home screen. Adding icons to home screens is to complicated. Needs ability to do so from the app drawer as the g4 did. I am dissapointed with smart cleaning. Needs the ability to personalize what is to be cleaned. So i do Not use it. Some raw data is essential in some cases and these points need the ability to have the raw data protected from deletion. So in conclusion more personalized and detailed settings. More abilities for personalized legal protection ( sd card save for purpose of court room acceptability, and protected on sd card if phone no longer works) I have had issues in the past where all data was lost simply because the phone no longer functioned. If i could have had the details and raw data on my sd card i would still be able to acces them on another device.

The G5 is great! So glad I waited to upgrade my LG g3! The battery is great last all day and they gave me a second better. I have only had to use the second battery a couple of times with heave use and it is so easy to change the batter.The wide angle camera is so nice.Phone takes great pictures front and rear facing.
