It cannot connect to WiFi

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was curious about this phone for the longest but I finally was able to pick it up this week with price matching to B&H and using some Best Buy Certificates. This phone is super impressive. While on a SD 821... it isn't the fastest or the smoothest but outside of that its really a joy to use. The build is incredible, the screen is awesome. The audio is clear, the rear camera's are awesome as well. The downsides would be the front facing camera and video... both are just generations old. Major crop in on video unless you go wide and then you have a fish eye look. Lots of smoothening and oil like pics. Not good. Audio on video is bad too. which is odd because the audio from pro mode on camera and the audio from the dedicated recording app is amazing! but with front facing video ,it's noisy, crackly and trash. phone is on oreo which is great, pie probably won't come to it for a long time. But overall for less than $250, It's an AMAZING phone.

Had a open box in store for less than 200 . Easy set up with ATT sim card tried to set up with Verizon but Imei was outdated but will work with Straight talk. Phone fully charged but do notice phone getting hot very quickly ... im still at 17% charged at the end ofthe night . two years warranty is awesome

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought both our LG G6's last year at a premium price and at the time (less than a year mind you) LG saleperson said yes the G6 will surely get the pie update... well, as of a few weeks ago no mention of the update and LG has now once again lost 2 customers. note to LG: If you wish to reatin customers come thru with updates as promised and phones that are supposed to be your 'flagship' phones... LG G6 not worth the money. Will be selling these 2 phones this week and getting a "true flagship" phone from samsung or nokia. good luck

LG was contacted under warranty and they refused to honor the warranty stating it has water damage. Phone turns on has LG logo heats up and restarts (classic bootloop). LG even had class action lawsuit. Never buying anything from LG again, it is sad because I really enjoyed there TV.
