I've been an LG phone user on the Sprint network for years - had the Optimus G, then the G3, most recently the G5 and now this one. I wanted an upgrade and Best Buy was running a great offer on this phone. So glad I got it. Highlights: processor speed, battery life, storage, wireless charging, waterproof & dustproof, physical size and appearance. Only minor drawback I've noticed: on my G5 I was able to easily customize app icons. Can't do it on this phone. That may be an Android version issue vs. phone hardware. I also liked being able to swap batteries, but based on battery life so far, plus the additional benefit of water resistance, I don't miss it that much. Best phone I've ever owned by a long shot.

This phone met my needs well. Coming from the LG V20 it's a little smaller in your hand. My pros are the headphone jack and expandable storage. Camera is good, battery life so far is excellent. One thing to note is I did not get the second screen, not really interested as I just use a phone for basic features. Also to note is the limited availability of cases, people who purchase the second screen won't have this issue. Music sounds amazing in high quality formats. The phone was 6.30 a month to own for 24 months, another plus. Should last at least 2 years, my V20 that was fantastic and also has a removable battery is still in excellent condition. Pleased with the purchase, phone may not have the greatest features others are looking for. Just my 2 cents

I upgraded from a LG G5. This phone is an improvement in every way. Faster, better speech recognition, good camera, just runs smoother. The on screen fingerprint sensor was a little different but it works well. The battery lasts a long time, 2 days + with light use, a vast improvement from the old phone. Overall I'm happy with it.

I've had my phone for 3 days. I can't believe how Bad the volume is from the phone. The sound is like an echo. The speaker is on the side. Who hold their phone sideways when they talk??? I'll keep a set of ear buds around to use or maybe return it. I think I got a good price on the phone. The screen is great! I've had no issues with response time. Was not happy that Best Buy made me schedule an appointment for phone set up which made me wait an extra week to pick up my phone. When I went for phone set up the CSR told me all you have to do it start it. Which I knew because I've set up many cell phone over the last 20 years. But online I could not select just pick up the phone or had it delivered to my home I had to get the free CSR set up.

The size and specs make this phone a true contender at a realistic price point. The optional dual screen case is useful feature for multi tasking. The phone is powerful enough to handle multiple apps at the same time as well as running more complex tasks when using as a dual screen device. The phone can be slippery at times if not in a case. A great alternative to samsung.

This phone replaced NLG G6's battery had died. Battery life with this phone is excellent screen is beautiful. I have no complaints.

Easy to use , good camera fluid system , great value

Very easy to manuver and battery lasts very long and charges fast vivid color and brightness adjustment to you liking, still trying to figure out all the perks, but all in all so far so good, it's hard to find screen protectors and cases but Amazon can help you with that

My mom needed a new phone so Best Buy had an excellent promotion on this phone like they always do on cell phones so I upgraded her phone to this. The Dual Screen is amazing and I wish more cell phones had that option!

LG Mobile Switch wasn't cooperating with my LG V20, had to transfer data via expansion card. Other than that, no problems. Fast, good battery life. Need to get second screen!!

I am waiting for the side attachment to arrive. When it does I think this phone will Rock online gaming!

I don't have the second screen. The phone works great. Love the camera much better thann my old v30.

Battery after full charge, it lasted more than two days. There was no need to charge everyday

Got this phone to replace my ageing s8 plus. First impression was that dual screen got me interested. After a few days of using, I felt like not much better than S8 plus which is 3 years old. . the sound is so low. Phone and music. . the camera definitely not much better. . the LG G8x is even thicker than s8 plus. . not even snapier than s8 plus. Not a real replacement for s8 plus. I still prefer to play games and watching movies on s8 plus.
