I love this monitor! It’s everything I wanted from a 1440p 165hz screen. I won’t go huge into all the nerdy details cuz I’m a basic gamer boy. But I highly recommend this monitor to anyone.

This is not a bad monitor by any means. However, it claims to be a 4k monitor with a refresh rate of 165Hz and I'm sure somewhere somehow those capabilities are in there and it is possible. However, I was only able to get a max refresh rate of 144Hz at 2560x1440 or 2k resolution and a maximum of 60Hz at 3840x2160 or 4k resolution. Also, the monitor will alert you if you change the resolution to 4k requesting that you change it back to 2560x1440 since that is the recommended resolution. I should also state that it promotes HDR qualities but fails to address that is only possible if your laptop or computer is compatible. The up and down function on the stand is nice although I wish it came with a rotating function as well so you're not stuck moving the entire base of the stand. All in all, it's a pretty good monitor with a solid-looking image just don't be fooled by the advertised specs.

Purchased this as an open item that was Geek Squad Certified. Item came in a plain cardboard bow which had a hole in the side. Item was not damaged but after connecting to PC it had no display. Not even the BIOS screen. Monitor was powered up and screen would flicker a little. Returned to local store. BTW no warranty was available.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this monitor. Colors are great and very accurate. I love the high refresh rate. Also the HDR is very good on this monitor. Very satisfied.

Bought a year and a half ago and suddenly stopped working, spent too much for it not to work, just used it for gaming twice a week at most. PLEASE DON'T BUY

I can imagine how frustrating it must be to have spent a significant amount of money on a product that's no longer functional, especially when you've used it sparingly.
