What I did not expect was for the small and large cushions to not fit the device. There were no instructions online or included that explained how to affix the cushions, and they would not stay on. I suspect that an additional ring or clamp was supposed to be included. Return was easy at my local Best Buy.

AVOID "GEEK SQUAD" REFURBISHED

That is why they refuse to offer ANY extended warranty on these items. My item, when received, was dead in the water. Would not hold a charge; would not power up. Customer service for Best Buy was useless, suggesting that I purchase a NEW ONE, which I could have done initially. Best Buy has been renamed Bye Bye.

Works As Expected

I was very disappointed in LG for not acknowledging a problem with three previous pair purchased. However, I was never disappointed in the performance and I needed a replacement. They are working as expected...for now.
