    One side did not work straight out of the packaging. This cannot be Geek Squad certified! Also only small and large ear gels are included as one user already mentioned.

    Item looks like new but there wa no medium eargel included. If the large and small eagel works for you, this is for you. FYI - the regular medium eargel will not fit.

    Within a month of purchasing the left side of the bluetooth do not work at all. I am very disappointed. I cannot answer calls or turn my volume up or down.

    I would never buy this againthere was no warrantee is available for it and it stopped working I tried to return it to the store but they told me I could not that I had to ship it to the manufacturethis was very misleading

    I received a broken headphones. The piece of that connected to the back of the neck band was broke off. This item was suppose to be verify by BestBuy Geek squad. I don't understand how they could have miss it.

    The sound quality is not as good as other Tone models. The programmed sound/prompts are faint. And to talk you have to almost yell for others to hear you clearly. Returned and went back to my 910 Infinims.
