This is a wonderful, very powerful and light weight computer. That meets all my requirements. The Best Buy Staff were fantastic at helping me find the perfect fit for my business. I thoroughly recommend the Toral Care Protection as it is so worth the money as my client hit the table and spilled their cup of water and was sucked up into my laptop making it a paper weigh. Geek Squad Total Care replaced my laptop and preserved my information from the old hard drive.

I bought this laptop on a limb. I love Mac, but wanted to have a windows for non mac compatible items/issues. I have had Windows laptops before and in this price range but nothing compares. The battery life is as good as it says. Not like with most that say 10 hrs but really mean 3 hrs. I worked on it for two days and still had 30% battery life left. The screen is nice for not being 4K and is better than my work engineering laptop which also a windows. I have been keeping an eye on the task manager to make sure the LG software wasnt abusing the resources like other laptop vendors due with their vendor specific software. Its been light on the resources. Which keeps the computer running quickly. The i7 combined with the 32gb of RAM are a perfect combination for a daily driver. Well done LG, I am impressed.

This is one of the best laptops I’ve ever owned. It’s so lightweight yet has all the features I need. The 10 key is a little narrow, but you get used to it.

Owned LG Gram laptop less than 1 year. Shut down one evening after having used with no issues, powered on next morning and found that hard drive had failed. Much too expensive laptop computer to have hard drive failure, possibly losing all everything on it. Had considered LG tv and refrigerator but this throws up a lot of red flags!
