This is the 3rd laptop I’ve purchased to replace my old Asus. I’ve found issues with several I’ve purchased and ended up returning them, but this LG Gram has been the best so far. Excellent screen clarity, color and brightness. Extremely lightweight as advertised, which is at least 2-3 lbs less than current laptops on the market. Very fast and no issues with performance the past 3 months. I use this mostly for remote work, running radiology software, typing, internet browsing, etc. I can have several programs running simultaneously with no slowing down at all. Battery life is excellent and the charging cord is long. There are a few minor cons- first would be the numeric keypad, which is smaller than my previous laptop which makes the Enter key and period in slightly different positions, but just my preference. Second is the keys are slightly elevated and I am having to adjust to this and occasionally my nails (short) will catch on the side of a key causing more typing errors. I typically type over 80 wpm, but have had more errors with this keypad. Third, it’s not touch screen. It shows fingerprints and smudges very easily (see pictures- just from using hand lotion). Also, it seems a little overpriced compared to similar level laptops. Open box was a better deal. Overall, I’m pleased with this laptop and would purchase again.

Best Buy associate told me it's a touchscreen, it's not. Takes on stains too easily. Keyboard not as ergonomic as expected for price. Overpriced for the value.

I've had this laptop for a little over a year, and it's working great! It is so light; it's easy to carry anywhere. I use it for school as a teacher and for personal use as well. The speed has been excellent for everything that I do.

Too many issues during setup and initial use. I had to jump through hoops to even get it connected to WiFi and stay connected. I ended up using a usb and another computer to download and update drivers to make this usable. I quickly decided after more problems occurred that this was going straight back. If I’m experiencing that many issues early on, I don’t want to know what the coming weeks or months would have been like.

This is a great computer with lots of features I needed. The only problem I've had is for some reason i can't do an Arch Linux install. Any other distro of Linux works fine. But Arch distros won't even boot to the live install. Weard!

So sister needed a computer. Older and semi retired for the home. So I looked at the AARP (yes that senior magazine did reviews and recommendations) found this one. Lap top major RAM...and set up is dainty and light for home and personal use. Also high marks for gaming...which doesn't apply. Got a local IT guru to come in and configure. He was totally impressed with the quality and got it synced with understated printer. So office is set up and usable for banking etc. Great purchase for the money.

Ultra Lightweight could not be more accurate. Everything I was hoping for, except no backlit keyboard. With that one little blemish, great value.

This laptop was underwhelming. LG gave me a $100 rebate through an email and made it sound like this was a revolution of the gram. It was quite the opposite.
Pros: Good battery life, great screen (16:10 really is the way forward), good performance considering its weight, full number pad, great selection of ports, USB C charging, and it's very light
Cons: Disappointing trackpad, subpar keyboard, cheap looking plastic bezels, awful build quality, bad speakers, and there have been some reports of the USB C ports failing.
Products I'd recommend over this: I'm replacing mine with the Galaxy Book 3 Pro, but there are a couple of other options I was considering. 1, Dell XPS 15, it's a bit more expensive but it's just a far better laptop with an amazing OLED screen, awesome performance, but not a great battery. 2, M2 MacBook Air, a far better overall laptop than this unless you don't care for MacOS. 3, Lenovo Slim 7 Pro, better overall laptop that's cheaper, it's heavier but it destroys this in terms of performance, but not as good battery life

I would steer clear of the LG laptop. I have a 17" like new and the touchpad quit working just over a year into ownership. When upgraded to windows 11, the driver was deleted that controls the touchpad. BestBuy Geek Squad could not fix, and LG refuses to stand behind their product and will not repair without charging more than the laptop cost. I have taken the laptop to some other repair shops and from what I have been told, this is a common problem. The laptop is light and has some nice features, but without a touchpad and having to carry a usb mouse with me everywhere just to use the laptop, defeats the purpose of a laptop. I would advise against this brand period! LG should probably stick to appliances, not computers!
