Great computer! I picked this computer up for school. I am completing a master of science in mathmatics. This computer does everything i need and alot more!

We have been using LG Gram for a long time now. However best buy never had the best value on LG grams though we always prefer buying electronics from best buy. Happy to see this product on bestbuy! Thanks for offering this on your website!

Love it!! If it was touch screen it would have gotten 5 stars. It’s light, fast, has a big screen and numbers pad. Only missing the touch screen.

Laptop has been everything you would expect and i would recommend anyone looking for one to give this a serious consideration. I have no complaints, it hooks up to the separate monitors with no issues.

I wish it had a fingerprint reader if Facial recognition. Just a plain camera. Otherwise the PC is great

Overall best not gaming laptop. Those juicy 32gb of ram plus all the storage it’s just amazing. No mistakes if you buy of these laptops.

This is my first LG Gram. I figured it would be a lightweight laptop when I ordered it, but did not realize just how light it really is. It has a very slim form factor and weighs just a few pounds. When hefting it compared to my wife's much more expensive laptop made by a corporation named after a fruit, it is astonishing how LG has managed to make something so slim and light, yet with a lot of power and a decent screen. I'm impressed with the connection options. Two USB ports on the right side of the laptop, and two USB C ports on the left side. One of the USB C ports doubles as the charging port. LG is nice enough to include a USB C to USB adaptor, in case you need an extra USB port for other uses. There is also an HDMI output, a welcome inclusion. The 17" screen is not a touchscreen, something I'm neutral on. I love touchscreens on laptops, but sometimes they do just end up being a fingerprint and smudge collector. Speaking of screens, the Gram's 17" screen is really nice. It is an IPS LCD screen, not the much more preferred OLED that you see on some of the other higher end Grams, but it is still quite nice. One minus, the 2560 x 1600 resolution is an odd resolution and comes up short of 4K which is a bummer. The panel is decently bright at 350 nits. I'm rather surprised by where LG focused the horsepower in the Gram. The 13th generation Intel i7 Evo processor is quite powerful, and the 32 Gigs of RAM is impressive. More than enough to drive a great gaming experience or handle advance video editing. But the Gram comes up a little short in the video/graphics card area, with the Intel Iris Xe graphics being a bit of a disappointment. A slightly better video card could have really leveraged the Gram upwards in my eyes, allowing for some more advanced gaming. In use, the Gram is snappy. Screens and apps load quickly. Video streamed via Peacock, Netflix, or Hulu looked good. Games, well that is another story. Don't buy this machine to play games. The keyboard is very, very good. Great tactile feel and I can type at top speed on it. The mousepad is nice and responsive, although mine had a dozen or so small scratches on it, which I thought was odd for a new laptop. The fans come on occasionally, but they are not annoying, and the Gram runs extremely cool to the touch. You can actually have it on your lap without making the legs sweat. I knocked one star off of the rating for a few things: Lack of touchscreen, when many laptops in this price range have one. Lack of 4K for the same reason. Subpar video/graphics processing. The LG Gram is a nice laptop with a giant screen, an excellent processor, a slim form, and is lightweight. For the business user or a student, I can't imagine you finding something much better in this price range.

The LG pre-installed software was very minimal so little bloatware removal needed. The lg suite has great UI, very intuitive but those upgrading from an older OS will need some te to adjust but I believe most will appreciate the changes once their familiarize themselves
