I've had this compute for 3 months and like it. The location and size of the mouse pad drives me nuts on all computers, not just this one. It's so sensitive you have to be careful not to rest your right wrist on it.

This is a good laptop for the price so far. Only minus from use thus far is it doesn't have a backlit keyboard.

The battery life was very poor. And the display was way too large even to be adjusted in the bag. Overall not very satisfied with the purchase.

Sleek looking laptop and very powerful. As much as I like the light weight, it felt too flimsy for me. I was afraid I would drop it or break it. I returned it.

I used the laptop only a handful of times and then one day the battery drained to 0% and wouldn't charge again. I tried everything from chargers to drivers to bios diagnostic - nothing works. What a waste of time and money!!! Never going to buy LG again!

First day using using it and it overheats really bad, even with an extra fan under it I bought from Amazon. Plus it only has two ports and charger small. Graphics are trash and the volume on the laptop is not loud.

I am very disappointed with the LG Gram 17". The power cord is cheap & kinks up majorly. I cannot print from it and the sound quality is not acceptable for the price point.

This is an excellent laptop….except for graphics power. First, the laptop is packed with latest technology with 13th generation processor, 32gb ram and 1 tb of storage. The screen is beautiful and the overall build is svelt and designed well. The boot speed is excellent and Windows runs flawlessly. From everything I can see you can’t upgrade the RAM or processor. It’s pretty stacked for power already but some people may want to know. It does come with Windows home so if you want Pro you will need to purchase it for $99 from the Microsoft Store. The only downside I can see is the use of the integrated Intel Iris graphics. For most operations such as browsing, watching video, and light gaming it’s fine. However if you want to do higher gaming this will not suffice. With the power built into this machine it would have definitely been helpful to add a discreet gpu from Nvidia or Amd. This is really more of a wish since it isn’t billed as a gaming machine. For a daily use laptop with excellent performance and design, you can’t really go wrong with this choice.

    LG's poor service!

We bought 17 inch LG Gram (17ZB90R) less than a year ago. It was used for simple work mostly for searching internet and/or working with MS Office. Machine worked fine until we noticed some issue with hinge. Laptop doesn’t have any physical damage – it wasn’t scratched and/or dented. It seems that there is some issue inside of the machine – maybe something wasn’t assembled right, or some screw wasn’t there or… we don’t know exactly what happened inside of it because we never opened it. Product is still under manufacture warranty, so we decided to use it. Here is where all problems started: LG REFUSED TO PROVIDE WARRANTY SERVICE!!!! They said it must be a physical damage. They couldn’t provide any professional explanation how it is possible to damage it physically without having actual sign of the damage such as scratches, dent, etc. They said it is possible, but we don’t know how. So, they refused to honor a warranty. They said they would charge us $500+tax for the fix. So, LG staff said this is a physical damage without actual sign of physical damage!!! Seems like multibillion dollars company just wanted to get extra $500?! Is it a respectful company?! LG’s representative also refused to escalate that issue to his manager. He said he is the highest level in customer support I can talk, and according to him that is an LG policy. Highest level, hmmm… that seems like a trap – so, he could tell you “NO” and there is no way you can exercise your rights as a customer! He didn’t even give me a chance to report about his service. I’m sure sometimes it happens when we see products with manufacturing defects even from very good and respectful companies, but… we never complain when they honor a warranty and fix it. In that case they did everything to avoid providing professional service, they didn’t provide any clarifications, they just said: it’s our opinion, and you have to accept that fact! I WOULD NEVER BUY LG PRODUCT AGAIN! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY LG PRODUCTS! IF ANYONE WOULD ASK ME FOR THE REASON, I WOULD SAY: BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR SERVICE!
