My first one is still working after 7yrs but my husband wanted to get me a new one so he could take the old one to use in the garage. The laptop is so light and easy to travel with. I LOVE IT ❤️

This one was recommended by Consumer Reports. I love it! The screen is huge, the Best Buy folks helped transfer old files, and I am much better equipped now for clients.

I felt like I had to skew my hands to the left to type correctly or get used to my RH resting on the trackpad while typing. Neither felt comfortable. The dealbreaker that caused me to return the laptop was the video was not syncing to the audio on any of the apps, whether youtube or the video player. Best Buy gave me no hassle on the return, and I ended up buying the LG gram 2-in-1 (14").

Overall sounds and the graphic is not really that appealing but its ok. Screen is indeed big tho.

Makes documents look a little cartoonish. But for videos is amazing. And no reflection. Also touchpad is overly sensitive.

Pretty easy to move files from my HP Envy to this LG laptop using an EasyStore SSD. The sound, camera, and microphone for use with Zoom are very good. Have not used the laptop for Excel yet, but works well with Word, Yahoo e-mail, and internet searches. Have not used Alexa yet since we don't have that feature in our house (unfamiliar with how it works).

Good Computer Terrible Construction

This opened up the base of the computer which in turn allowed several other screws to pop out. Took it back to BB since it is under warranty, but they would need to ship it off and we would be without a computer for up to 3 weeks. Since the computer is needed for school, this was not an option. Given the price point for this computer you would assume the craftsmanship would also be there. In my opinion if you are looking for a good computer I would advise to pass on this one.

LG Gram | Impossibly Lightweight Existence

Keyboard/Trackpad: Backlighting is perfect and trackpad is large enough for gestures and productivity uses such as signatures. Aesthetically a very pleasing laptop with impossibly lightweight existence for the size and capability of this laptop.
