Sound is amazing. More clear than the Sony xbass. It has 2 tweeters and 2 midrange/bass speakers. I stood there for over 30 minutes trying each speaker (Sony xbass and this LG) using different genres and EQ settings and the xbass was muddy and had almost no highs. You guys won't be dissapointed with this speaker. Music sounds so clear and nice. Very loud indoors (will make your walls tremble) as well as outdoors. Light effects add a nice touch. Has 2 mic connections for Kareoke. And unnecessary DJ sound effect that my kids press often annoying the heck out of me ! It's a great speaker. Has many feautures that unfortunately you have to print out a manual online to see because they aren't in the small users manual that comes with it. It's a plug in unit not battery powered but very portable and not too heavy, I get compliments often when I take it to BBQs. Bluetooth connects flawlessly with my Iphone. You can buy 2 of these speakers and wirelessly sync both to your phone for a more powerful sound. I am very pleased with this purchase. It sure beats the 250$ beats pill and xbass. I teach fitness classes and wanted something that I can have in my garage gym, as well as transport to shows/demos, and classes. While this is a little large to carry all of the time without a handtruck or other equipment, it has worked out great in the garage and puts out amazing sound. I love that it can lay down or stand up, and the light show is a hit with everyone!

First saw it in store. Paired my cell phone and played a couple of tracks to test the sound. Sound is good, gets pretty loud and has enough bass. The lighting effects are cool for parties. Has a few DJ sound effects that get pretty annoying after a while. I may purchase another to pair them and get even more sound. Has microphone input jack as well.

I got this for bring to friends houses, back yards and small venue public address. I was impressed with the sound right off the bat. It is clear with plenty of base. The Karaoke feature is nice since it works with most songs and adds another aspect to the party. I love the lights as it gives more flare and fun. Could do without the "scratching" feature as it just makes noise and the DJ effects are just annoying. I just make sure my kids don't play with those buttons. I am considering getting a second one to have them linked for more sound without the wires.

Great sound and plenty of power. Luv the Bluetooth connection. Connects every time. We use it with our Halloween video display and partying by the pool. Excellent sound quality.

I got this speaker so that I can practice church songs, the sound effects are great. I have also used it with my lg projector using the LG sound sync. Works great with all my Bluetooth devices.

Set this speaker up at a park for a family gathering. Everyone loved how it sounds. You can pair this with another speaker, I could only imagine how loud it would be! Buy it!
