So far, this is an amazing microwave. Very easy to use. The lighting is great and the sounds are very nice. Looks good too.

No boring beeps with this microwave, it plays a little tune when your food is ready. It functions well and has a nice clean look. The only thing I don't like about it is the lack of numbers to punch in the exact time you want to cook something. Unless I'm missing something, you have to hold down or press the plus or minus repeatedly to get to the cooking time you want. However, it cooks quickly and quietly, and we like it thus far. I like the gray interior, it looks a little less "cheap" than the average microwave.

Great product and easy to use! Love the timer and the modern look of the front. Has a really good sensor setting for heating up leftovers too which we love. Larger than I thought but overall very pleased with our purchase.

Honestly went with this one because it’s one of the nicer looking microwaves but food comes out hot so what else matters at the end of the day. Makes a weird jingle at the end of cooking but you get used to it.

This is a great microwave. It could be a little larger inside, but it is excellent. It has quick 10 second increments and sings upon completion.

A bit complicated at first, but once you get the hang of it this is an excellent microwave. The sensor reheat and defrosting inverter does a great job. I love the easy clean interior. I splattered some sauce and it was easy to wipe off! This model fits perfectly in our kitchen cabinet shelf space and the black stainless matches our other appliances. I did a lot of research before selecting this microwave and it was a good choice.

Best Microwave we have EVER had. and we are OLD. It's easy to set, don't worry, they aren't buttons, just drag your finger over the area to change times, etc. It even sings a cheery little song when your food is done, and if you forget it in the oven. SO cool. Hope it lasts, if it doesn't we'll get another one...it's THAT great.

I actually don't like the fact that the control panel is on the inside. The sales person had told me that if I tapped the outside, the control panel would light up on the outside. It doesn't. I had to buy this microwave sight unseen due to COVID-19. I like the power of the oven and also that the control panel is flat so I can wipe it off easier. we are getting used to operating it from inside the oven. It does the job well.

I got this microwave because it fit the size I was looking for and had the extra perk of being LG, considered one of the top brands for appliances...well, at least that's what I thought. Regarding features, let's be honest, almost all similar brands out there have the same set of features, so that part was not that important for me when deciding what microwave to buy. The 1st thing that I noticed was how loud it was. It rattles A LOT from multiple sources: 1) the door: it simply vibrates a lot (for this I cut some rubber stoppers and put them in the groves where the corners of the doors touch the frame) 2) the glass plate support: it has a hexagonal system with 3 wheels and 3 flat "sliders". This is supposed to provide more stability of the plate, but it is noisy 3) the enclosure: same as the door, it vibrates. If you put pressure with your hand the rattling stops, when you let go it starts again. No fix for this like with the door You learn to live with the noise as you use the microwave and get more and more accustomed to it. Unfortunately, after 1.5 years of having it, it died with a couple loud sparks, a strong smell of burnt lacquer and an scalding hot enclosure (which makes me think a coil of some sort burned) With 1.5 years of service this is the shortest lived microwave I've ever had, and certainly something I was not expecting from a top brand like LG. On the plus side, aesthetically, this is one of the nicest looking microwaves out there (personal opinion). But I can't do much with a non-functional good-looking microwave. Will start looking for a replacement across other brands different from LG.

Right size, not too small or too big. Many features and a great look, so happy to display on countertop.

Large and 1100 watts. Works great. Only issue was light does not come on when you open door. Light does come on when in use.

So far it is ok. It looks great but it is not easy to use. A microwave oven should be the thing that heats your food and that's all. This microwave is very minimalistic but at the same time that makes it difficult to use. Also, LG should fire the people who put those annoying sounds into this microwave. It sounds like a Tamagotchi from 1997...

I Love the classy look of this microwave. It is very nice. I like that it has the key pad on the inside of the door rather than on the front. In addition I also like the convenience of the 30 second quick touch on the outside of the door plus the feature to add as few as 10 seconds increments touch pad. The wattage is 1200 which is a great feature to me. I use my microwave everyday multiple times a day.
