1 yr review on Q70: The phone is alright, however has plenty of problems, and doesn't justify the 280 dollar price tag. I know that LG is gone, and yet this phone shows on how the company lacks user experience, and really optimizing this phone phone. It shows that LG doesn't try on their mid-ranger phones also, and only cares about their flagships, with no care with mid-range and budget phones, and only caring about customers in South Korea, since support for the Q70 is non-existent and also hard to reach. The support portal is terrible, it forces you to choose the device and somehow this device isn't listed. Anyhow, picking your device in the support portal is useless anyway, as the agent doesn't read that info. Thankfully, contacting LG is more easier, and at least the agents are nice and answer your questions. Phone support is terrible from LG also, most of them are confused besides email and chat. Talking about display, it is a really basic display, 1080p resolution. It works alright, however screen burn in is a issue in mine. It does work really well, and the display seems to be plastic. Camera is also pretty good also, the 32 MP shooter is really good, and the depth sensor is also good. LG's camera software could be more, sometimes it lags, but in the most cases it works out as intended. 4k 30 is good, 1080p 60 and 30 FPS is also good. Closeup shots might have a hard time to autofocus. Again, for 280 dollars the camera is pretty good, the pictures have detail, colors are vibrant but not life like, but the AI feature does add that pop to photos. Software on LG is probably the worst, Android 10 is shipped to this device, and it was laggy. Lag overboard! It is clear that LG just slapped Android with their skin and called it a day, without any optimization. Laggy gesture animations, and more. Scrolling seems to be a PowerPoint presentation. For 280 and a company like LG, it could be done better. LG is a good company, it had good software, but now in this phone lacks. The Velvet was an amazing phone, yet also had plenty of issues also. LG Mobile, you can come back now, but just learn from your mistakes, innovate more, and find that thing the stands out from the competition.

I bought this phone for my wife as hers was slowing down a lot. She has been very pleased with it so far. I cam say it runs flawless with no issues. Photo and video quality are A-1, actually better than my old Galaxy S8. I can say every picture is sharp and color accurate. If you can get one buy it, you will like it.

Transition from an older LG smart phone was easy. Aside from backing up any pictures to Google cloud, configuring email, the only thing required was to move the sim card from the existing 3-4 year old LG phone to this phone to get up and running. The phone immediately recognized the sim card, and calls could be made/received right away, without having to contact the phone carrier. The phone took minimal time to get used to, including the bigger size of this phone. This phone has double the storage (64 gb) compared to the previous phone that it replaced. This smart phone seems responsive, and the battery life is great.

I got this phone based on other reviews. My last phone was an LG G6, had for 4 yrs. It started to slow down as far as apps opening or internet. I absolutely loved that phone. This one has a little lag opening apps/internet too just not as slow as G6. I expected this to be really fast since it's new. I'm thinking it won't last near as long as the G6. I know this isn't top of the line but had higher expectations.

Great phone nice size screen great battery life good camera if your on a budget definitely worth the buy

My husband's old LG was starting to wear out, and he hasn't had a new phone for years. We walked in open-minded about what to get, and our salesman (Eric, I think) took great care of us. They did not have this particular model in stock for him to look at, but the husband knows he likes LG phones, and he made the leap of faith. Deliver was faster than predicted by a day or two. While the phone is bigger than he was used to, he's enjoying using it. And I will add that the camera is great - the dual rear cameras are a feature I wish my phone had.

An overall good phone but the quality seems to be a little less than the LG G6.

Larger than my (non-working) LG K20. The only drawback for me is the non-removable battery, though battery life so far seems to be quite good. So far I've been perfectly happy with it. This is a relatively inexpensive (not cheap) alternative to the iPhone.

I have to get use to it. I had an iPhone and it seemed much easier. I am sure I will be able to Aster it. It is a nice sleek phone. Not to9 crazy about Google Android. I always liked LG products

I really like this device as it does much more than I needed it to. It was a fair price and I will get some great use out of it.

I had zero trouble transitioning from my LG power. I have enough space now. This phone is great for multiple tasks. I love the interface and how light the phone is overall. I am an android user and this fits the bill.

Small phone with lots of battery life. Takes great pictures and is an overall nice phone. Has a smoked mirror back for ladies to check their lip gloss or hair. Great overall phone.

Running Android 10 and the May 1st, 2020 security patch. Not good and secure. Phone was pretty decent, however, laggy and not too secure.

Truly awesome phone I bought maybe four or five phones in recent times from the same store looking for that one that just bit this phone the q70 is awesome for one week Google pay I mean if you don't like hearing cards and I don't like hearing cards because they're so easily lost then program. The screen real estate is awesome the resolution awesome frame rate awesome better no downside to it and plus the price is excellent at the price they've been with you pay. Security measures are adequate I use them at fingerprint scanner I just Oculus none of that stuff facial recognition. But if buying a phone and NFC near field communication is the aim you could do no better than getting it LG q70.

Don't like writing bad reviews but I'll make an exception. Super slow, not enough memory, lags big time. Nothing more frustrating than a phone that doesn't work properly.

Good little phone. Works well. Didn't need high end phone.
