Love the retractable earbuds

I was disappointed in the lack of bass in the headphones. given the price of these headphones brand new, coupled with the fact that they are "harmon Kardon" audio... I expected more from the sound quality.

Good headphones

The reason I give 4 stars is that when pushing the button to retract it doesn't always retract fully. I had the model before this one and the buttons were easier for me to locate and use also.

Awesome sound

Nice up grade from my tone 750

Don't like that the charging connection is on the outside instead of the inside like the others. Because of that you cannot buy the normal charging cases. Still a good product though.
