I always liked LG's Tone headsets and I had a couple of them that lasted very well. My last one had a short in the right earbud so I needed to get a new set. I wanted the Tone Infinim but $150 was out of my price range...until I saw a refurbished one on this site for at least 70% the original price! That's a steal if I ever saw one! It has a sleek look that immediately caught my eye and RETRACTABLE EARBUDS!!! (the sole reason I wanted these.) The sound quality is very good and the overall product is incredible seeing how it's refurbished and all. Not many people give that a chance, but for the price alone I'll buy another pair as a backup and one for my wife!

The LG Bluetooth headset came in the original package with all of the accessories. the audio quality is awesome. The sound is very clear and crisp. make sure to use the appropriate ear bud gel for your ears. Ear gels are included with the headset.

It has good sound quality,but its little expensive for refurbished product.

The sound is definitely good enough, certainly could be a bit better. For me, the best selling points are the long battery life and the retractable ear buds. I didn't realize how vital the retractable feature would be, but now that I have it, I couldn't live without it. I'm very pleased.

Headphones are very good, work very well. Item was missing key pieces, instruction manual, warranty card, and had 3 earbuds. Two medium, one large (not sure what you are supposed to do with one earfoam). Multiple sized earfoams is an "essential" item. A little misleading on the refurbished description. Otherwise, a good buy.

Best buy offers a great price for these expensive headphone. People have said I sometimes seems very far away when I am not conscious items covering the mouthpiece. Now, this was never an issue on the Tone Infinim 900's that I owned. These headphones do present a problem for those on the other end of conversations. The sound quality on my end is great. I'm not sure if my refurbished pair is still defective, but for the most part, people are able to hear me well.

I bought these refurbished because they were at an incredible price. I couldn't be happier with them. They sound great and everything worked on them perfectly. This was a great buy at a great price.

I broke the neck piece on my original pair and didn't want to pay full price for another pair or upgrade to the latest model. So far so good. Came with everything I needed and work like new.

I love this line these headphones are very comfortable and have a ever lasting battery I just wish they would have stayed waterproof

This is a great Bluetooth headset, purchased for my wife and she loves it for phone use and listening to music while she works out. You won't be disappointed with this product.

2nd time purchasing this same item! I had to get one for a friend. I wear mines every day in the construction field with absolute zero issues... very good product.

I was leery of purchasing a refurbished set of headphones but I thought I would give it a shot. I'm glad I did, it saved me a bunch of money and they work great.
