These are just not that durable. The wire that winds back up into the unit is very thin and will eventually wear out over time. For something that's moved so often while putting away, moving, and storing back into the device it should be a little thicker.

Since its a used product I can't complain too much. They go in n out

Just got my Bluetooth headset today and so far I am extremely satisfied. This is by far the best sounding Bluetooth headphones. First time buying refurbished merchandise from best buy , paid a third of original price and got what looked like brand new product.

I normally love the LG Bluetooth headphones but this pair did not have the best sound so I had to return them. They were refurbished and was told they guaranteed their performance but unfortunately I don't think they were working to their best quality.

The sound quality could be better, lots of cracking noise...Many ARE NOT able to hear me...Comfortable for some Not for me.... I did try to give it a chance Need to return the item.. Thank you

Recently started getting static on outbound calls.

I love these Tone Infinim HB-910's, everything about them is great. I would recommend the product itself to anyone. My only problem is with ordering them refurbished through Best Buy. I purchased my first set refurbished, and they came with the audio all messed up (the left ear bud's sound didn't work). I returned them and got a second pair of refurbished ones. The second pair came messed up with the microphone not working (my voice was super muffled...I tested it with multiple callers). I decided to risk a third time, and FINALLY the third pair seems to work. I have had them for a few days and used it all day. No problems. So, to be fair, I finally did get a set that worked, and the price is unbeatable for the refurbished set... But, it seems quite ridiculous that the first two came defective. The geek squad is supposed to have tested them before hand. ANYONE who used them even once would have known right away that they were defective. It's hard to believe that they actually even tested them before sending them out as a refurbished product. So, if you've got the time to exchange it a few time, go right ahead...hope you land on a good, working set :)

I have used Beats wireless but sometimes they do not sync with my iPad or laptop. These headphones sync immediately. I have not tried using them in the car yet with my phone which is what I originally purchased them for.

These headphone are perfect for a quick jog. Or for ignoring people. Would 100 % recommend. The have noise canceling feature so it’s easier for you to hear cardi B do anything for clout

So far the headphones have worked great. I was skeptical about ordering refurbished headphones at first but so far they have gave me no problems. Had them for 2 weeks now and I use them at least every day.

I have purchased all three levels of the LG Bluetooth Headsets. My sister brought a similar one that wasn't from LG and I couldn't hear or understand her when she use the non LG model. I've been using this one for 3 months every day all day long. I use it with cell phone, tablet and pc for music and dictating.
