This is my second set. I wore the first set out after a year of daily usage. I used a single earbud for phone and both earbuds for music. The retractable earbuds are the only way to go.

I went back and forth with which product to purchase but ultimately chose this one because it was on sale. I'm loving it so far.

My only complaint is that the ear buds where missing the little rubber inserts that go in your ear. How can this happen? Don't you check the items before you ship?

Good voice pick up. Battery lasts forever. Super easy to link.

This has been a great help since I broke my arm because trying to hold the phone with one hand and can't use the other one isn't fun.

Finally I was able to find the BT headset to use all day. I'm on the phone quite a bit and tried few different sets for last two months. Finally this one works good enough. So far no one complained about speech quality. I only wish music quality would be better. It's fine but not what I expected from Harmann. Hence 4*

I purchased republished one. Even though republished, it was great quality. I will share with my family this item.

The refurbished unit sells for a fraction of new one so I took a chance. I bought two and turned out excellent both.

Dropped it couple of times and still working. Noise cancellation really helps. Harmon carbon makes it cool.

Very unfavorable experience. I returned the next day. Callers could not hear me, kept saying to me they only heard a few words and the rest was muffled or didnt hear 75% of what I said. Was not happy with the sound quality from music either. The item being at 1/3rd. The price of a new one enticed me but I have learned my lesson with refurbished headsets. If they had satisfied the first buyer then they would not have been so cheap in cost. I turned to a different source and bought a new one in black and all three of my black, silver and rose gold tone infinims impress me everyday I wear them. Please understand that the brand new ones are fantasic but I have yet to buy a refurbished lg tone that was worthy of keeping for more than a day. Do your self a favor, buy a new one, its an investment well spent. After all, people deserve to have the best of quality. Best buy is a great company and that is why I continue to spend my hard earned money with them year after year.

Although they were refurbished, the appearance was in immaculate condition. My boyfriend loves them!

Everything came nicely packed, works fine, for the price is great, I just gave it to my 11 year old.

Sound Clarity are very sharp and nice to hear the songs.

I wonder why LG would get to this level and make this a push button retractable earpiece.

I purchased a refurb unit from Best Buy came to me in a Best Buy box shrink wrapped to a piece of cardboard no instructions nothing else!! After pulling it out of the shrink wrap I notice it had paint splatters on it and the retractor for the ear bud didn't work. I called Best Buy and they sent me another one out. When it arrived they demanded a signature and no one was home so I had to go UPS and retrieve it 5 days later when I could get off work in time to get there. Opened that box and it had a unit in a beat up original box once again with no instructions. Stated using the unit and the microphone quit working. Took it to the store to return it and the return was denied due to the original order date being 24 days ago. I tried to explain but to no avail. Called Best Buy customer care and they agreed to take it back and would email me a return label NEVER GOT IT still waiting.

And works really well and for it to be refurbished you couldn't beat the price Grate buy

I bought mine refurbished and geek squad certified. The charging port is lose and it will not charge my device. I have to move it around until I see the charging light and hold it for it to work. Not buying geek squad products again.

Headphone is a good price but the device keeps cutting in and out.

With smartphones moving away from corded headphones, these are great!

The LG TONE INFINIM is a solid product. I'm a commercial driver and was looking for a good hands free headset. It does a great job of answering and placing calls as well as reading incoming texts. The Harman Kardon speakers aren't as crisp and strong as I'd expected for the brand but they are adequate. The EQ/bass boost button doesn't work but I haven't done anything about it yet. They arrived a day early and in new condition. There were only 2 different sizes of ear gummies a pair that are too big and a pair that are too small. The wires are extremely thin but very strong and I expect it overall to last a long time.
