Love the slim design. Was easy to set up. Thought it should come with the cables. Had to buy those separately.

I have been very happy with this purchase. I primarily wanted a Blu-ray player that could also stream my Netflix and Hulu accounts; this player does great! The only problem I have had is that a few times an App has frozen and the player became unresponsive; the only solution was to unplug. That has only happened a couple times in the last few months and hasn't been a problem except for a small time inconvenience.

Bought this to go with a new LG TV. Love the small size. It has worked fine so far. Have not tried the smart features yet since the TV has them also. Did check for software updates though. It was a little confusing to turn on the first time. Had to push the power switch on the player, then the power button on the remote. The player could use a little larger or brighter power indicator.

Originally I bought a Panasonic Blue Ray as that's what the sales person recommended. It lasted a week-maybe-and I returned it for an LG. The LG was 10 times faster at accepting disks, and playing them, was easy to set up. I did send it in a week after having it as it wouldn't retain my Wifi info, but since getting it back 2 weeks after sending it in, I don't seem to have any more issues with it.

I had a blu ray player and the remote stopped working on it shortly after I bought it. I looked at several players and my husband and I decided on this one afraid that it would not work long either and didn't want to spend a lot of money. So far it works great, was easy to hook up and we have been using it constantly. Love the product for the money we paid for it.

It works! Loading is efficient and function has been excellent. It took a call to customer service to get the internet connection to recognize my system, but after that, everything was smooth. The two control buttons on the front are small and can be tricky to find in the dark. The picture is great and the unit seems to be a good value. Now, we shall seed how long it lasts.

Been a great addition/upgrade to our entertainment system. Love that I can play both Blu-Ray and regular DVDs in it. So far, so good!

This Blu-ray player is a good option for someone that's only budget it has the Wi-Fi capabilities and is a all-around good unit.
