I am not a techie kind of person. but I was able to read the instructions and set up blue ray player without any assistance from anyone! That is something! The remote is also very user friendly. For the cost and the name brand all in all it was a very good buy. I would recommend it to others.

We purchased this blu-ray dvd player for the bedroom as an alternate tv watching room and it's turned out to be a great purchase. In fact we liked it so much we purchased another blu-ray dvd as a Christmas present for a friend who wanted to venture into Netflix or Hulu. Thanks

Needed a solid bluray player that I'm also using for playing my audio CDs. This is compact and provides all I needed in one piece of equipment. The Netflix streaming service works very well with the built-in WiFi.

I wanted to get my husband a Blu-Ray player for our anniversary and was thrilled to find one at this price point that was smart! He is so happy with all of the features and we are still trying to navigate through all of our options and get our Netflix subscription! We love it!

I purchased this product as a substitute for the PS3 player we were using for Blu-Ray movies. We were planning to get a new PS4 at some point so we wanted an inexpensive Blu-Ray machine we could use until then. Luckily we have had nothing but a good experience using it.

I bought this Blue Ray player because my old DVD player gave out on me. I thought I might as well upgrade a bit so I asked the Best Buy employee which Blue Ray player was the easiest to set up and he showed me this one. I took it home and my son had it hooked up in no time!

Purchased this Blu-ray player for the guest bedroom. Very easy to setup and use. The Wi-Fi is strong and has no problems with reception. (Note: I do have a good router purchased from Best Buy). The price was great. Would highly recommend this Blu-ray player to anyone.

My friend set this up for me, but seemed to have no trouble at all. It works quickly and efficiently. Reads my internet easily, no set up problems with that either. Sometimes Hulu has a bit of a snag or two when watching, but nothing major. Overall I love the product.

As a back up for the entertainment room ...I was able to find this unit as an open item. Its compatible with all my TVs and runs all the apps I need. Speed, easy set up, and easy controls make it a great buy.

I've always heard good things about LG but never had any of their products. Took a chance with an LG Blu-Ray Smart player. I have no complaints! My biggest thrill is to watch Netflix on here without having to go through my Wii...and the Netflix picture is excellent!

I love this product because of the features it offers. However, when you set the dvd player up if you do not have the correct cords you will be out of luck. It was a savings until you add the price of the cord you need. Other than that this is a awesome dvd player!!

This is a great wireless blu Ray DVD player! You just have to set it up to connect to your wireless router and you're good to go!! It has really fast load time and also reacts to commands well. I love this DVD player and am now impressed with LG products!

I decided to upgrade my blu-ray player so that it would have wireless connectivity and better DVD upconversion. Unfortunately, the wireless connectivity is spotty (could be a variety of things, I know), and every time it disconnects and reconnects, there's an annoying little image in the right hand corner taking you out of the moment. I finally just connected an ethernet cable, and it no longer does that, but it sort of defeats the purpose of buying a wireless player. Blu-ray playback is fine. DVD playback is OK, I guess my expectations were too high for the upconversion feature.

The size is just nice, not too bulky. For that price, a HDMI cable should be included. Video streaming on Netflix is great without a single interruption, but streaming Youtube kept pausing and buffering. Overall, I'm okay with it since I not so much into Youtube.

It is great for streaming Netflix. Thought it was suppose to "talk" to LG TV and we would be able to use one remote. This didn't happen. DVD is a nice size and is easy to use. I hope that this DVD player lasts longer than the last one we bought.

Easy to set up, quiet, compact. Be careful when using the usb port with a portable usb hard drive. Prior to shutting off, properly remove the hard drive. usb sticks no problem. Good little machine.

I was really pleased with this device. I don't have internet at the new home we put it in, but it works very well with the high def TV already there and the set up, - well there really wasn't one, just worked just like it should immediately,

i do not like hooking things up but this was so simple and it is so easy to use I love it and what is best is it is so easy to move or transfer!
