All good so far. Lots of room inside. Ice maker produces ice in good quantities. Accessible outside on the door and inside the freezer. Found item for cheaper price after one week and Best Buy made it right.

Great refrigerator plenty of space in both frig and freezer. The combination middle drawer is also a great feature..

The French door design provides much more usable space than a side by side & the flex drawer is particularly useful for accessing deli meats and cheeses.

Purchased several weeks ago and love this fridge. Had a Samsung similar to this LG and it produced awful ice. LG ice maker is wonderful. Love the smooth, no big handles, on the two bottom drawers. Highly recommended.

Love almost all aspects of it. Easy to organize. The drawer is perfect to keep fruits from piling on each other and bruising each other. Clean lines inside. Love that the ice container is in the door so there are not awkward spaces inside that nothing fits into. The only aspect that is EXCEPTIONALLY frustrating is the water/ice dispenser. The dispenser changes from water to ice by pushing the water button which firstly is counter-intuitive meaning that every person who comes to the house has to be told how to operate it. More problematic though is that there is a delay to the push. So you push it and nothing happens, then you push it and hold and nothing happens, then you push quick and nothing happens. Finally after the fourth or fifth push it works. There seems to be some exact amount of pressure and time to hold that button that is the only way the dispenser will move from water to ice and nothing else other than that exact amount of pressure and time makes the button work. We've had it for three months and i still haven't figured out the right amount of time to hold the button. It just means that every time i want water or ice, i have to stand there pushing and repushing the button over and over until it finally moves. Currently, we're also having an issue with the filter. The water started testing bad so we changed the filter even though it wasn't time. It still tastes bad. We just tested the water quality and its at a 295 ppm harness level. Its supposed to be below 10 ppm. This means that the filter system is not working. This is disappointing considering the fridge is only 3 months old. We are submitting a warranty claim. We'll see how that goes.

Originally, the left door wasn't closing. After multiple service visits, the was changed out and its worked perfect.

This is our second french door refrigerator. The middle drawer is a nice touch, because it can be either a nice cold meat drawer or it can be an extra freezer drawer, depending on the settings. The only downside is the adjustability of the shelves. They are adjustable, but only broadly. If you use high pitchers, you will probably lose one shelf entirely, unless you have need for a couple of shallow shelves (sour cream sized containers). The second ice maker in the freezer is really handy when having a bunch of people in. It really cranks out the ice supply, too.

Absolutely love my refrigerator. I love the convenience of the positioning of the doors and drawers. I can actually see everything that I have in the refrigerator and the freezer. Having two icemakers seemed like a luxury at first, but has come in many times already.

This refrigerator is awesome! Love the features it has the two ice makers. Also, if the Fridge door is left open it will beep to notify you its open. The full covert Drawer is great!

I love my new refrigerator. I have always had a side by side and struggled to make things fit. I never realized I needed a new refrigerator, now have this big beautiful appliance in my kitchen. Everything fits and it’s so roomy. I was so excited to buy this refrigerator that I replaced all my kitchen appliances and bought them all at Best Buy. I bought this refrigerator at Best Buy even though other places had it. Best Buy matched the sale price. My sales person was fantastic and the delivery was also. LG appliances are beautiful and modern and look fantastic. Highly recommend.

Great refrigerator for the price. Lots of space and with the addition of the convertable drawer, even more room than usual.

Love the extra drawer. Use it for the kids snacks and they can easily access it keeping the main fridge cold. It has a lot of storage space, big drawers.

Best fridge we've purchased my wife loves the extra drawer and I love having ice on the door and in the freezer!

This fridge has been great. The only reason I give it four instead of five stars is that the water to ice thing has been a little hard to get used to. We’ve all tried to spin the bottom of the spigot to trade from water to ice and then we try to push the picture of the kind of ice we want (crushed or whole). In the end, the actual selection button is over the water picture. It also has a delay so it was tricky to get used to at first. We also had a little bit of a time figuring out how to adjust the shelves to fit the milk. Overall, I am loving all the extra space. The freezer drawer is a little tricky because of how deep it is. I’m going to have to be careful not to stack so much that I lose things.

So far we are happy withour purchase. I wish the shelves would adjust a bit more. I like the convenience of the middle drawer. The kids have all snack and juices at an easy reach. Freezer im still adjusting to the drawer. I love the additional ice maker in it.

This LG is slick to look at. The controls to change the water and ice is easy and doesn’t make a mess. Inside is spacious with customizable shelf’s. The middle drawer provides great space and love that it is convertible to a freezer. LG Q is also a nice feature as I can monitor from my phone and make sure it is still working even when away.
