    The refrigerator came with a good size ding in the door. The delivery guy put me in touch with a best buy rep, he said they would send out another refrigerator, scheduld that 3 days later, it shows up also with a ding in the door.. told them to return that one. Called the 800 number for best buy.. ofcourse did not get anything but another promise the next one will come out fine.. it did no dings. Mind you thats 3 times i had to take off work for delivery, could not get groceries for over a week as it would have been tough putting them in ice chests 3 times. Anyhow. The delivery guys on the the last trip had to give me there 2 cents on how i should just replace the door.. guess any electronics that may have been damaged when the dent accured id just have to deal with.. now after looking over the fridge after they left , the doors are not the same level , looks like a stripped screw on one side and they just added washers to adjust it.. not sure what to do now.. thinking if sending it back and getting one from cosco, but i was told they all use the same wharehouse.. a shame, i liked best buy. Woulda though they would jump through hoops to make me a haopy customer.. guess i will be getting my TV somewhere else

    This is the best refrigerator I have ever owned. I love the 2 ice makers since I entertain a lot especially during the summer. The LG app makes it easy to maintain optimum efficiency.

    Great purchase. Very large, plenty of space. Third drawer option is great for deli meats or other items you need to quickly grab without opening the whole fridge. Really pleased with this purchase. Hopefully will hold up over time.

    Great fridge. The second drawer seems a bit tight and doesn’t open/slide very easy. Otherwise, no complaints. I love the ice in the door and a bin in the freezer. Only had it a month, so not sure of how long it lasts. My last LG fridge lasted 8 years.

    Only thing that sucks is the shelving. Not much adjusting on the main shelves. And zero adjustments can be made on the door shelves. Also... super deep, so deep that the very back doesn't even get used. I'm 5'6 and cant reach the back of the top shelf.

    Bought this on sale with BestBuy Membership. So far running smoothly with no issues with cooling or other functionality. Lots of room and there is space for the convert drawer to turn into a fridge or freezer

    This is a great product, and we are very happy with it. There is a need to remove one shelf in order place tall items, which is the only drawback.....but a great fridge overall.
