The fridge performs as expected keeping proper temperatures in the fridge and freezer. 2 annoying design flaws (for me): 1) the external water dispenser does not have a catch basin for excess water or ice. If either do not go directly in the glass, the excess water rolls down the front of the unit and the ice goes all over the floor. 2) you have to open both fridge doors to access the "deli tray". Would have been better to split the deli tray in two.

I ordered a newer version of my old refrigerator and because the delivery team was too lazy to get the refrigerator in the house. The new refrigerator is actually slightly smaller than the old one, but the delivery team won't install it.

The compressor failed (2024) and we bought this model which the salesman said was the model that replaced our original LG fridge. Unfortunately, he did not have the replacement model on the showroom floor, so we took his word for it. But there is NO comparison! The interior on the new fridge is nowhere near the quality of the predecessor. Everything about it has been cheapened. I wish I could send it back.

The plastic shelves after this time are disintegrating. Not just breaking but disintegrating. The vegetable crisper lid literally fell apart in my hands like ribbon candy. The right crisper drawer wheels did the same. The cost to replace these two cheap plastic pieces was almost $400. Come on LG, your better than the garbage plastic that you're putting in these expensive refrigerators. Lower the cost of the replacement parts to something that is a bit more tolerable
