We opted for the standard depth vs counter depth to replace our old standard depth refrigerator. Same foot print but has 5 Cu. ft more space. We are extremely impressed with the room inside, it's like we don't have enough food to fill it now, but it will fill up quickly over the holidays. We love the craft ice and mini cubes. We go thru a lot of ice and having 3 different type works perfect. Plenty of freezer space so now the garage refrigerator isn't so packed. Then you have the second door on the right door, works great for getting everyday used things with out opening the whole door. The knock feature which lights up to let you see the contents with out opening is nice. It does stick out past counter but we have a large enough kitchen that it is not a problem, for a smaller kitchen i would recommend the counter depth version. The LG thin-Q app is a nice feature that lets you keep tabs on the refrigerator and to set some settings. Over all we are very impressed with this purchase.

I purchased this refrigerator about a month ago. I paid for Bestbuy to deliver and hook up the water line. I was not home at the time of delivery. I was told that the existing water line was hooked up to a hot water line and that the installers wouldn't hook it up. That was incorrect. I had to install the water line myself after returning home. Also I'm not sure if this is a defect or if the shelves in the refrigerator were installed wrong. The top shelves sag towards the center of the refrigerator. So much so that everything will roll to the center. I tried to reinstall with no luck. I am waiting on LG to send me new shelves to see if that will fixe the issue. See attached picture. Also the top drawer of the freezer keeps falling off the track. Easy to fix, but extremely annoying. For the amount of money this refrigerator sells for, I would have expected a better build quality.

Liked the French door fridge, mirror door great to quickly access creamer, OJ, etc. craft ice is great, like the standard depth for more room after having a counter depth fridge for 5 years. Took some time to get used to the handle-less doors, but it isn’t too bad grabbing bottom/top only to open. No huge issues with fingerprints in steel or mirror, but have no kids.

For a six person family we had to upgrade from a double door 20 ft.³ fridge to this amazing massive 30 ft.³ black stainless steel refrigerator. Unfortunately for us, there were three of us that wanted three different features in a refrigerator so we went with this one because it meant all three of our needs. I wanted the door and door feature for my coffee creamer in the morning and of course I am the energy hawk in the house so I know that it saves energy, my wife wanted the black stainless steel to match the rest of our appliances and my son wanted the external ice and water dispenser so this was the fridge that had all three of the features we wanted. I will say the only downside that I can see so far with this refrigerator is the fingerprints on the mirrored glass. Nothing quick rub down won’t fix, but if you’re picky about something like that, that is the only negative thing I could think of about this refrigerator. The quality is excellent. The features are amazing and on point, the double icemaker in the craft ice is a bonus but most of all for my particular family was the room inside the refrigerator almost 20 ft.³ just in the refrigerator space not including the 10 ft.³ of freezer space we have a large family so this was the refrigerator we went with And I couldn’t have asked for a better product good job LG. I was so excited about the refrigerator. I made my own little personal video to send to my wife when we first had a delivered because she was still at work and I’ll post that video in the photos, other than the one negative about the fingerprints on the mirrored finish this refrigerator is jampacked with features with smart technology from LG. Specially when paired with the phone app and what can I say so far so good

Love the craft ice feature and the door in door access for frequently accessed items like drinks, etc. there is a light between the freezer door and fridge doors that comes in when you walk by which is nice at night in the dark. Turning the ice makers (3) is a little difficult to master and the mirror door shows prints, but not a big problem vs the positive features.

This is the second LG refrigerator we purchased within the past two years. This purchase is for the main kitchen and we absolutely love the amenities it comes with the storage capacity is amazing the bins are so wide. Every feature surprises me each time I go into obtain or store an item. The dual ice tray is a plus. Love how we can open the door window for a beverage or is very convenient. Just a wonderful designed refrigerator.

The best refrigerator we have ever had. Loads of space. Nice shelf design. All compartments work as they are supposed. Three ice makers work like a charm. And it's quiet.

I love the way it looks. The space is great and the craft ice is awesome!

Overall a very nice refrigerator. The four different types of ice are a very nice feature, especially the craft ice. The retractable shelf is also a very nice feature. Tons of space. The mirror door looks great, But Is constantly covered in fingerprints. Sort of defeats the purpose of having fingerprint proof stainless steel. The no handles Is a nice look but makes it difficult to open when your hand are full. This takes some getting used to...Instead of hooking a couple fingers around the handle to pull it open, if your hands are full you have to put everything down on the counter, to comfortably open the door. With the main doors fully open Some items can only be reached by closing the main doors and then opening the front door in door, Which also is not incredibly convenient.

The fridge has been great! I love the multiple ice options and the space inside. There have been no issues.

Overall very quiet, smoorh, and efficient. The LG thin app fo control the fridge is amazing and easy to use. The fridge is very well-lit and the cooling technology works great. The glass screen and quick access door are pretty cool and actually is more useful and less gimmecky than i thought. Best parts of fridge by far are the 4 different tyles of craft ice! Absolute game changer! Complaints: lack of shelf adjustability and height for taller items. Lack of door handles. While this gives a beautiful and sleek look, it feels somewhat unnatural and takes some getting used to, especially for smaller people in the house. Lastly, this thing is a fingerprint magnet due to design! I purchased extended warranties just in case as this model has the linear compressor with the class-action lawsuit. Overall lots of fridge for price point right now considering the fridge capacity and the long list of great features.

Great appliance, like the functionality the finish look and the space. I have lot of space to store everything I need so I don’t have to make many trips to do food shopping. very satisfied with the product.

We have had this fridge for a month and love it. Build quality is great. The stainless is of high grade and didn’t hold magnet due to its high quality stainless. This is a good test to check if magnets stick to the front. Should only be able to stick from the side. Ice makers work great. The types of ice are made. Mini cubes which is my personal favorite. Craft balls which are great for bourbon drinkers etc. the door ice maker for convenience Food storage space is great. Lots of space to place your food. Freezer is serving with the slide out shelf under the ice bin can hold ice cream snacks bacon sausage etc Temps and app work great to keep everything cold

The fridge has been great so far. Love the multiple ice options. It does take a little time to get used to not having handles though

This appliance is a major upgrade to the Al black side by side I had. It is very spacious and seems to fit better with a modernized home. I am happy to have 4 types of ice for when I’m hosting. I just wish that the fridge came with a scooonfirnthe ice inside the freezer buckets, and was a little more smart, for similar pricing you can get the competitors machine that has built in tablet. I wish I could at least control the light with a phone rather than having to stand up at the fridge and knock. Also the ice in the water dispenser seems to get stuck very often for a brand new machine and the ice that comes out into the freeze buckets seem to take forever to make. Small complaints for a great product but also nussiances that they could easily revolve for a 3k product
