I bought this along with its matching washer and couldn't be happier with my choice. My previous Maytag dryer left everything in wrinkles. I ended up getting a steamer just to get the wrinkles out. As long as I get the clothes out within 15minutes or so of drying, in most cases, I do not have to press. My poor steamer hasn't been used since I got this machine. It has a tray for you to set sneakers on so they don't tumble in the machine. It dried my queen size comforter, without any difficulty. It comes with a steamer to freshen up clothes, but I have not used it as of yet. The dryer is so quiet and has been great so far.

We moved and needed to switch from gas to electric dryer... bummer. Love the steam system. You don;t have to hook it up to a water line. Just fill the lidded container to a sink and fill. no spills etc. We do 3-4 loads a week and only have to refill the water once every 12-15 loads or so. Best yet, I haven't needed to iron my dress shirts at all. And the t-shirts are not wrinkled either. Unit is very quiet.

After much research, pulled the trigger on this dryer and matching LG washer a few months ago. Reviews seemed good and they were dead on. I'm really happy with this purchase and we use it daily. Dryer has more options than we will ever use. The wrinkle care function is nice if you are not able to immediately remove. I use the steam function to further remove allergens from baby clothes after they come out of the washer. Only con I can find so far is that some heavy loads (blankets, towels, etc.) will seem dry to the sensor and the dryer will turn off. Once you check the load, it will be slightly damp and you have to restart the dryer. To avoid this, turn sensor dry off and use the timer function. Would purchase this again but hopefully this pair will last!

Love this LG dryer. Like the washer it is very quiet and energy efficient. I only wish it were easier to modify the settings for some loads.

My wife and I recently bought our house and along with it we purchased the pair of these LG machine's. WE have never been so thrilled to have purchased appliances. The day the machines were delivered, we washed our first load of clothes and then dried them. All in uder an hour. No kidding. Yes we did a speed load wash and then a quick dry, but still the first load washed/dried in under an hour. The pair of machines work so harmoniously together. I imagine that we will be having these machines for the next 20+years. Let's go LG!!

This product is a great buy since it provides the features of a top of the line dryer for the price of a mid-range dryer. If you have an old school dryer, you will definately notice a difference in your electricity bill. I like this dryer so much that when I moved with my family across the country I decided to buy another one (of the same model). You would think that because this dryer is electric it consumes a lot of energy, but it is all the way arround. It is very efficient!

This dryer will dry clothes or towels all the way through the first time. It is easy to use, and you fill the steam in the front so you don't have to worry about hooking it up to water.

Settings for every fabric type and need. Dries fast, without wrinkles.

Good dryer - it sensed dryness well, and dried our clothes more quickly than our old dryer. I like the many features and options - I like gadgets. I will have to work with the steam option - I didn't notice any difference when I used the steam setting......and when I used the Steam Fresh option they were wet - not just damp. We paid extra for the steam option - it would have been nice if it had worked easily. Not sure that is worth it. Also, I couldn't hear the end of cycle signal even on high.

After much research and debate, I finally settled for this dryer. Great dryer at good price. It is feature rich, performance is excellent, dry and sanitize almost everything. LG makes good quality products.

This dryer has quite a few different functions including steam. Is quiet and dries the clothes quite well as is to be expected. The bells are much more pleasant than a loud ring. Good luck.

Researching and shopping around paid off when we found this cherry red model at Best Buy. Our old dryer died and at first we were just researching dryers. I learned that my old washer would not wring out the water enough to get the best use of a new dryer. Also, it was time to finally buy machines that matched. These were beautiful also. My husband jokes that with the new washer and dryer he's made up for getting me a used $ 25.00 wringer/dryer back when we were stationed in Berlin, Germany many years ago. We've come a long way with these hi tech machines. Thank you LG and Best Buy,

This is my first top load high efficiency washer. I was concerned about leaning over to unload the wash to the dryer, but the spin cycle is so much more efficient that the wet clothes don't weigh as much and it has been no problem. This also results in a much shorter drying time. The cycle that I use most often is short so my laundry chores don't take all day. I have been able to wash delicate items in it without undue wear and tear so I don't have to take them to the dry cleaners anymore. Although it uses much less water it completely rinses all the soap out so we have no scratchy residue.

The steam cycle and antibacterial setting on this dryer alone is worth the money spent on this dryer if you have kids. Great design, quiet and works great.

I purchased the LG Steam Dryer and matching LG Washer at the same time. I am very pleased with the purchase. It is very easy to use. Dries clothes very fast.

Easy to use by selecting the type of clothing then press a button and the machine does the rest. Steam option helps for quick refreshing of clothes.

Moved to an all electric house and replaced gas model with same electric model. Works great. Easy setup and use. Looks good. Would get again

Great dryer, very quiet. Sometimes I can't tell if it is still running or not. It helps to have the alarm when it is finished.

had LG washer and dryer and prior home. Would not even consider other brands since the last set exceeded expectations
