Not as happy as I expected

It doesn't. I actually find that it has less options and seems to take an excessive amount of time to dry my clothes. It works ok; I just expected more.

Amazing!

With my washer and dryer this does everything I need It to do. My husband and I are both military so we have uniforms that need cleaned as well and I'm able to dry our boots on the drying rack without them tearing up my dryer. I love it!

Best. Dryer. Ever!

We replaced a four year old machine that died. This thing dries in half the time and does an awesome job! I used the steam sanitize setting on two loads of towels after drying them and I swear my towels are softer. I'm so glad we purchased this thing!

(GREAT product RIGHT!) two months later it started to leaking! we went back tell best buy that the product is defective. They told me, prove it!! so I did (took video of the leak) got a NEW washer two weeks later(early April), first day we got it took 3hr to do a wash!! two day later it started to leak (AGIAIN) in two places!! we went back to best buy and the sales lady told us " why are we complaining!! nobody else has!! so we got a NEW washer today. hope this one works...TRUST ME!! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO BESTBUY FOR A LONG LONG TIME BUT THIS TIME YOU HAVE FAILED ME!! BILLY GALLEGOS
