Love the different modes and settings. One complaint is the finished sound it plays. Too loud and can't customize the sound-Just the volume which on the quietest is still loud.

It turns out that clothes get caught in the lent trap and get ripped up. Not impressed. Also, the dryer defaults to energy efficient which takes 30 minutes longer to dry the clothes and are constantly coming out still wet. When you disable it, it dries them well but you have to remember to press the bottom each load. Overall not impressed!
