We liked it so much that we recommended the same model to my parents. Our model was not energy Star certified. This one is. It has dried every load thoroughly with no exceptions. It also warned us of an issue in our ducts with a warning code. some might find the preset options overkill. We find ourselves using no more than two of them.

I hate it bc the lint trap screen bends easily and will destroy clothes. Obey the dryer destroyed over 20 pieces of clothing. I replaced the trap and no problems. However, the second one is bending again, and it ripped a tshirt in laundry this weekend. Here we go again! I have a love-hate relationship with my dryer.

This dryer makes a high pitched squeezing sound. I bought the extended 5 year warranty, but the service man did not show up when I called Geek Squad and made an appointment for a service call. I have had this dryer for 3 weeks. I'm disappointed with the dryer and Gerk Squad.
