Best Buy should inform purchasers of the need for intake water kits called mini rester , you need two of them, there are none supplied or made available to purchase this prevents a hard hammer noise during the intake of water. They need installed at both hoses hot and cold connection .

It does absolutely everything you can imagine. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats so keeping our clothes and fabrics clean is a bit of a struggle sometimes,but this thing collects all the hair from our clothes!

I found that I always had a puddle of water in front of the dryer when I used the steam function. It appears that the water was leaking from inside the dryer and then out through the seal around the door. I returned the dryer and ended up getting a Kenmore, only to find out that it is made by LG and had the exact same problem. That one is gone now as well. Prior to a recent flood at my home we had a Maytag steam dryer that NEVER had an issue, oh yeah it also did not require you to refill a reservoir every time you wanted to use the steam.

For a brand that I know more for their cell phones, they make a quality dryer. Also have the matching washer (excellent quality also). Like the steam option.

Love this product and it has many addtl features (such as sanitary and steam settings) that I use. It does require 3 inch clearance in the back so I was not able to easily use the stacking kick unfortunately a be aware

I like the dryer, I'. saving a lot of energy in the bill with this new one, the only con is that I bought it because of the download a program option but only works with android phones and I only have iphones.

I love the washer and dryer set. They have a child lock option, which is great for keeping toddlers from pushing buttons and changing something.

I would highly recommend this dryer - it is great! It uses steam to get wrinkles out, and you don't have to waste money on dry cleaning ever again!

Ridiculous how this machine has reduced the time, effort & number of loads for a family of 7! Time to enjoy things without checking on laundry.

This one doesn't work as well as I hoped. I could stuff two loads into my old dryer and it would dry it just fine. This one is more delicate - I need to separate clothes for drying. A bit weak for its capacity

I'm a fan of LG washer/dryers in general. Thus far this dryer has met my expectations. One minor issue...towels typically require additional drying as they are usually still damp when the cycle completes.

I love the dryer. It dries my clothes quick and my button down shirts don't need much ironing after pulling them out of the dryer.

Delivered and installed timely as promised. Seems to work fine. A lot of It is supposed to be more efficient, but does take a lot more time to complete the dry cycle than a standard dryer.

An excellent dryer loaded with features. I especially like the steam cycles for quick a touch-up or to freshen up a comforter.

What a difference from our old appliance. this machine is like a personal dry fold service. we love our new laundry appliances.

Best Buy delivery and hookup was on time and the product has performed to spec. No issues at this time. Love the red.

Dryer looks good. Drys clothes ok. Had it 2 months so I'm still playing around with the cycles to see what works best. Really like the download cycle options too.

Does a pretty good job, my only complaint is that there's a squeaking (I suspect its some leftover foam piece from the installation) every time the dryer moves

Upgrade from prior dryer. Works well and love having it notify me when completed the dryer cycle.

Very good dryer. Got it with the matching washer and pedestal. you will not regret getting it.
