Email from Best Buy’s have been coming to me regarding this account and item with all the clients information for the past month I have tried to email them back but no avail so best to leave them a review and let Best Buy know that you are just exposing another clients information because somebody at your company has the wrong email .

Needed a new dryer since the old one was past its prime.

They work great and they have so many drying options.

The steam function gets the wrinkles out in no time.

Dryer works, well, but the cycle time to dry is 1 1/2 hours, a lot more than I am used to.

It doesn't dry properly, had to ran it a couple of times to get the work done.

This dryer will dry if you run it three times. Very poor drying capabilities! It's still under warranty so I will call LG next week to see how well they back the dryer.

Very disappointed with the functionality and performance. The steam cycle uses water you have to add which is fine, but all the clothes come out wet. Dewrinkle function is the same. What's the use. I'm unable to dry Queen size comforters as the associate sold us on. Very disappointed.

We've owned the washer and dryer for about a month and we're extremely pleased.

We've had the dryer for a little less than 2 1/2 years. We've had to call the Geek Squad 3 times and it is currently not working. The heating element isn't working again. The door is loose again. I'm very disappointed in this dryer.

Don’t not buy this model. I had 3 different technicians come out and try to fix my dryer and never could fix it. I was without a dryer for almost a month. I prefer Samsung for washers and dryers

It is worth the money I spent on it, it has been solid!

The steam function doesn't work. It beeps at me that it needs water but the basin is full. The rest of it continues to function, but given it's now winter, anti-static would have been nice to have.

It Eats my clothes they get caught in the long trap!

All of my appliances were already removed from my condo by my contractor. No installations were done on any of my new appliances.

Our 13 year old Dryer was starting not to cut it for us. Between not being able to fit a whole load from our washer and it starting to not turn off when you opened the door, it was time to go. Since we had an LG washing machine we bough about 5 years ago, we decided to get this dryer. I am very impressed with this dryer. It is quieter than our old one. I love the humidity sensor because it will dry the cloths longer than the cycle states if it needs it or cut the cycle short if the cloths are dry. Pros - It fits an entire load from our 4 CU FT LG washer - adjustable cycle signal. Multiple volume settings and off. - Humidity sensor makes sure the cloths are dry Cons: - The cycle settings are not as flexible as we would like. We would like to have a higher heat on a sensor cycle, but it won't let us. not a huge deal, it just takes a little longer - I guess I didn't read the steam information thoroughly, and it's not connected to your water source, but just a tray to add water to as seen in someone else's pictures. I have only used it once in the past 6 months, so it's not a huge deal.

I purchased the dryer but because one of the items in my order was on backorder, I haven't received it yet.

I like the dryer but you have to run several times for loads to dry.

Purchased using all measurement templates a Condo with stack closet! Had vent tube cleaned it continues to flash periodically that vent tube only 60% flow! Techs came out said nothing could be done! Crimping exhaust tube, they installed! Check space you have closely before buying!
