Bad Product Bad Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.30 days ago I ordered the LG Dryer DLE3170. Paid $1K. First one delivered had a faulty drum and was not usable. Called service center, they said had to send out repair person, Repair person tells us it cant be fixed asked for a replacement. Ordered a replacement, a week later a new one comes to the house,. Set it up, drum works fine. Service staff leaves, run the dryer - no heat! Call LG. LG tells us service person will call us to set up an appointment. I asked if it can be expedited as this was our second dryer. They say no, if we don't like it, return it and buy another brand.
