Don't get me wrong - this is a full-size dryer, but in the space of a slightly smaller one - perfect for our small laundry room. Plenty of features/functions - and the graphite color is stunning and sophisticated.

Love my new dryer! It's strange how you no longer have to select load size (the unit automatically detects weight/size), but it's seemed fairly accurate in how dry my laundry is at the end of a cycle. It's also VERY quiet, especially compared to my old unit. I sometimes have to go into the laundry room just to check to make sure it's still running.

We researched the dryers in Consumer Reports and went to the store twice to check them out. We chose the LG based on that research and first hand observations. It drys very well and the dials are clear and easy to use. The price was an added bonus--great deal!!!

Recently just purchased this LG washer and Dryer and I'm not too impressed. If you are washing small loads constantly then this is a perfect buy cleans nicely. I washed my full/queen comforter which I never had problem washing before in my top load washer. When I put in the comforter I noticed the space was tight. I started wash, have way through the load I get a error message unable to handle my load. Absolutely disappointing. Also don't think about washing your stander pillows I tried and it failed as well.

This dryer seems to be a very good gas dryer. Although we have only had it for a few weeks at this point, we have had no issues with it. It does a good job of drying our clothes, on a variety of settings, without making them feel uncomfortable. It is relatively quiet. We can't actually hear the dryer running. The only thing we hear is when the gas is actively being used. The only reason I'm not giving this dryer a higher rating is because of a minor annoyance. This dryer has a steam option, which we really liked on a previous dryer we had. However, unlike our previous dryer, the water does not come from a connected water line. Instead, it comes from a reservoir that you have to manually fill. I know that most dryers are probably that way, and I knew going into this purchase that this one did not have a hard line to water. It really isn't that big a deal, but it is worth mentioning.

The washer & dryer work great. It's nice to have full sized appliances that fit into a laundry closet designed for a smaller stack unit. We can actually fit our cal king sized comforter in it. We love all the different cycles available on both units. They are also much quieter than my old Maytag Neptune stack unit.

After looking at approximately 1 million washers and dryers, we decided on this product (and a complementary washing machine by LG). LG is one of the few appliance brands that seems to have somewhat consistent reliability ratings (but of course, there are plenty of people who have problems with every brand). Best Buy had the best price on this particular set, and their delivery team was efficient and competent. They arrived on time and installed both items without difficulty. After using the machines for about a month, I've had no problems with either. I've used most of the cycles it offers at this point, and my clothes appear to be well taken care of by the machine. I haven't used the "steam" feature, so I can't speak to its effectiveness. The dryer is reasonably quiet, but does seem to accomplish its main goal: to dry my clothes without over- or under-drying them. My previous "moisture sensor" dryer never really got the clothes properly dry. I also get a kick out of the melody that LG machines play whenever a cycle finishes. It's much less jarring than a buzzer, and it plays once and doesn't repeat. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend this LG set to someone.

This is so beautiful and a quiet and works wonders. I love this. I love the steam option. Every time I use it I marvel at how fortunate I am to have it. It works so well! I got rebates from utility company. I am saving on utility bill! its the dream. I got the matching washer - wow. I am now in heaven.

After digging through tons of reviews and in person recommendations at a number of stores we narrowed down the purchase to the LG brand. Wife and I love the stainless steel look. Still getting use to the controls, would tweak it a bit to be perfect but can start using right off the bat.

Burned out my old dryer and got this one, this dryer works great and drys fast! I only wish I knew about cleaning my dryer vent before burning out my old dryer. FYI... if your dryer is taking a long long time to dry your clothes.... it might be caused from a clogged dryer vent. Just wanted to throw that out there for the public, it can save you lots of money!

I purchased this dryer to stack on an LG washer. The unit is incredibly quiet (compared to the unit it replaced) and appears to be very energy efficient. The standard cycle doesn't always dry really thick items in one cycle. In my case, there's always a few socks that get wadded up that don't dry. Regular pants and shirts dry just fine. I actually like that it doesn't over dry so clothes don't shrink. But, it's something to be aware of. One could easily add more time or choose the non-standard cycle.

I was looking for a machine that was efficient, gave me various option of drying and left my clothes fresh and unwrinkled. Although the machine takes a bit more time to totally dry my clothes, it satisfies the other 2 requirements.

I'm glad I went front loader, they clean really well. The steam function is nice, it cuts my cleaning time/drying time down a bit and very nice to get wrinkles out with.

The dryer does everything its supposed to and more. Very quiet while its running and the Steam feature is supurb

The dryer so far works great. Steam function seems to work. Easy to use. Not to heavy, does not over vibrate.

I've been using the dryer for 2 weeks. It works out good and quite standarded capacity. Clothes are dryed evenly.

We had our old washer and dryer for 25 years, so switching to this LG dryer was a great addition to our home! Dry time is much shorter and the chime at the end of the cycle reminds us to get up and fold the clothes in it before they get wrinkled. But even if they do get wrinkled, the built in steam feature takes care of that for us! We love this product!
