Great Capacity

Compared to our last dryer we are able to dry at least twice the amount of items. We have not had any issues with the dryer but have only had it about a month now.

Great Dryer

My only complaint, and this is minor, is that the steam is not created from a water line but instead you need to fill a container with water each time you want to use it.

It does a much better job than my previous Neptune dryer did - it's faster and doesn't blast the clothes with so much heat to cause them to shrink.

Great dryer, quiet, efficient

It handles huge loads better than any other dryer I've ever owned (and I've owned dozens of dryers !!). Mine's on a pedistal, which makes it extremely easy to load and unload.
