I like this machine a lot. It's my first front loader and it seems to clean better than my old Fischer & Paykel top loader. Options to customize a load are great. Have not yet tried steam cleaning, though. It's a bit fussy (as are all front loaders) in the need to wipe the rubber gasket dry each time and periodically drain the port at the bottom (first time, I ended up with water everywhere despite following directions). The main downside has been the placement and sensitivity of the on/off button. When I have a load going and am standing in front, using the top to fold other clothes, I have repeatedly bumped the on/off button which is just to the right of center and very sensitive, and I haven't found a way to restart the load where it left off, and that's frustrating. I'm having to retrain myself to be very careful when I lean forward.

I bought this washer for a rental home, but was a little concerned that the tenants would have trouble figuring out how to use it. However, after several weeks of not hearing anything from them, I asked the tenants how they liked it. They all were very happy about it and noted that they love how clean it gets their laundry, how little water it uses (the clothes come out nearly dry), and it even sings a little song when it's finished.

Very quiet washer and very easy to use. big enough for queen sized comforter. cannot comment of energy saving as I only bought it recently.

Appreciate the large capacity, the energy efficiency, the fact that the clothes come out of washer clean and nearly dry. Very quiet.

We got this washer as a scratch and dent so it was a huge discount! Only a small dent on the side and otherwise perfect. It was easy to set up and works so well. Clothes get clean, hardly uses water or power and it holds a TONNE of clothes. We haven't been able to get it to register as "full" yet!

Lg is best way to go purchased the set with dryer, and never looked back. excellent features , been shopping for pair for 6 months and returned like 3 different t sets already. size is excellent and very quiet easy set up and best buy is the best way to go. purchased a set from home depot and when i tried to return it. they told me I have to bring it back myself. with best buy no hassle, drop off and pick on there expense. best buy is way to go.

I love all the advance features,my wife and I love new tech and this product is awsome..We love that we can put the bleach and the sorftner along with the detergent at the same time,which makes it easy for us.Its like you just put it all in and forget it and till its done..love it!!!!!!!!!!!!

After reading the other reviews, I decided to buy this model. I previously had a Maytag, which I liked but stopped working. The side loaders are an adjustment but it's energy efficient, something we all need to be using. The many features are great and my laundry comes out very clean. Very happy with this product!

This LG washer has great features for the money and performs very quietly. The water usage and energy efficiency are very good, and the readout is easy to glance at and tell how long the cycle has left. The only minor annoyance are the alert tones, but of course these can be silenced.

I've only had this washer for a bout 2-3 weeks...but it has been very good so far. Looks great, and is easy to figure out how to operate. I haven't used all the various options, but everything I have used worked well. The washer also takes a big load and gets the clothes very clean.

So far I am totally satisfied with the washers performance and the amount of cycle selections. It performs magnificently! If it lasts as long as my previous washers I will be ecstatic. I can definitely recommend this washer to anyone. Plus, I like the fact that it uses so little water.

I've had this washer a little over a month now. This is the first front load washer I've purchased and can't believe how little water it uses. The clothes come out cleaner than the old top load machine I had previously. Controls and options are easy to use. Am so glad I made this purchase!

have washer for 3 weeks so far its been great. huge upgrade from my 15 years old washer . love that it uses next to no water and that it set the wash time for best energy use

fantastic washing machine, never had issues with it. fairly quiet, lots of options for types of clothes or wash settings. only issue is the rubber gasket between door and tub collects dirt and hair and has to be cleaned regularly

This is our second LG front loader. Was very happy with first one, but after 10 years was time to replace. Amazed, new machine got stains out better than the first. And spin decreased time to dry!

I got it for a steal (open box display) so my price was extra good, has every feature I wanted plus many more. Saves money by using half the amount of detergent, less water and less power. Steam cycle gives us super clean towels and sheets!

I picked this item up on sale for the 4th of July, it was also an open box item and was discounted even more. The washer is very quiet, efficient, and has nice feature such as the steam. The only down side to this machine is the length of time it takes to wash special loads if you don't use the speed cycle. It has a load weight sensor and adjust the length of wash by weight and soil level you enter manually. This can be minimized by selecting low soil level, but the Algerien cycle takes over an hour. It is big enough to wash my queen comforter no problem. The end of cycle signal is kind of annoying it basically plays you a song but you can turn it off.

Just love this washer as it cleans the clothes very well.

This replaced a fridigidair front loader that I thought was good until I used this machine. It handles MUCH larger loads, and cleans them better. I like the beefier hinges and latch than other models in this price range. It has more motor noise than some, (not because of balance issues either) but its a small sacrifice in my opinion.

Good pruduct. Easy to use. Energy saver. Slick dsine. My wife loves it. Price is right. I will by the same item I the future. I will advise others to experience what we have with these items gooddddddddddddddddd pruduct
