I've only had this washer for a month, so we've used it probably 5-8 times. But no problems so far and it appears to do a good job and do it very quietly. Our old washer was a rattler and this one is smooth. It came with all the necessary accessories to get it to work (like hoses). BestBuy delivery service was also very good. They brought the new equipment in, took the old one out, and gave good advice on installing everything. Only issue is that BB did not carry the white stacking kit - had to order elsewhere.

I've only had this machine for 3 weeks and there are no problems. Installers recommended leaving door open after washing to avoid the mildewy smell other people have had issues with. I love the steam option for getting out stains. The cons are having to run the 'tub clean' cycle periodically and the draining process. I also love the large capacity to do lots of towels or blankets. So far I'm very pleased.

I love the steam feature on this machine. It gives a whole other option to cleaning. The product is very quiet and looks great.

It's easy to use and operate. It's fast and efficient so I can manage to stay on top of the laundry. It holds a ton of cloths.

When my Frigidaire washer which was only 2 years old totally died, the repairman recommended LG as being the most reliable. I have not been disappointed. I love all the possible cycles and types of clothing I can wash... will save money at the dry cleaners. Also, it's large enough to wash big items like comforters and pillows. The steam cycle has helped greatly with some stained clothing :)

This is a great washer. Washes fast, holds a lot of clothes including comforters, is quiet and looks great.

Very easy to use after a short setup, my wife and I love it!! Based on the size of the load/washing cycle will determine how long it will take until finished. Even gives you the time amount it will take! The end of cycle song is pretty cool too!

Excellent clothes washer for a reasonable price. Clothes come out sparkling clean. High speed spin is great, clothes come out nearly dry. Dryer time has decreased since we started using this washer.

So far the machine has been excellent. Clothes are very clean and it operates very quietly. The design is well laid out. The door magnet that holds it partially open so air can circulate is helpful.This cuts down on any issue with smell from mildew. The end signal is a very happy tune that will get your attention.

I gave up on my top level maytag washer because it was literally shredding my clothes! After it "ate" 3 brand new blouses the week prior to this purchase I had had it. After a lot of research online, I chose this washer at Best Buy. It is so quiet and works so quickly that I can't get over how much more I get done now. In addition, my clothes are so much cleaner and softer too.

Is working well. Very quiet when washing and spinning. Seems to clean well. Happy with it so far, but it has only been a couple of months.

got a great price for both washer and dryer the store mgr went out of his way to make it happen for us as i bought it in mass and had it delivered in maine ...the delivery was awsome the 2 guys where prows.. and made sure we knew how to work everything b 4 thay left i could not be more happy.....

This is my first front load washer purchase and so far it is great. I love the Load Senor feature, the ability to wash something as large as a queen size comforter, and the different cycles available. The noise is very minimum and I am alerted when a cycle is done. Overall this has been a great purchase. I only wish the I grey color was available in my area.

I love this washer, my kids love this washer! It is so easy to use and has all the cycles that I need. I bought it on sale which was even better! Clothes come out clean and smell really good! Love the end of cycle music.

LOVE this washing machine. Checked reviews on so many machines, but needed to match reliability, efficiency, and price...this excels on all 3 criteria! Couldn't be happier, and got such a great deal at Best Buy. Happily washing my clothes right now. By the way, little jingle at the end of the cycle is great...all the kiddos love it.

Uses very little water and should result in savings on water bill. Takes at least 55 minutes for a normal wash cycle; others take longer. Clothes are nearly dry when removed but they will be tangled due to the fast spin cycle. Must detangle before putting in dryer.
