It's a great product, doing exactly what it supposed to do. Perform great and it's silent, I mean the noisy level is way much lower compare with the one I used before.

I love this new washer! its super quite and washes very well. I have not had a chance to explore all the options on it yet but I am looking forward to doing so soon. Oh and enjoy the music it plays when wash is done!!

A little pricey but I think well worth the money. Clothes came out much cleaner than our old Maytag.

This washer has many amazing features and it works great. At first, I was very annoyed by the loud pipe banging noise when the washer released water because it never happened with the standard top load, My husband installed a water hammer arrestor (9.99 each) on both water lines and it got better but still a little bang.Then he added a conector to the water hammer resistor and life is beautiful---no banging. We've only had it for 30 days so I look forward to seeing the cost savings.

I havent used all the options on this washer yet but the steam option is really nice it seems to get the clothes cleaner and it uses a lot less energy then the one i had before. plus it isnt that expensive.

This is my second LG washer. I love the new cycles at a lower price than my old washer. I wish the pedestals were interchangeable and not so expensive.

I have had this washer for three months and love it more with each use. It is a fantastic stain remover--even able to remove old set in stains on beloved clothing we wanted to keep. I usually don't use all the 'other' settings but this washer is so easy to use that i have used each one repeatedly. I love it. Changed my whole attitude about laundry. Seriously.

We bought this to replace a different front loader that died after about a decade. This one seems to have the mildew issue solved on the bottom of the front gasket, It washes well and was great value. The way the water inlet is programmed creates a wicked water hammer that did not exist on the previous washer and persists even though I bought a hammer prevention device and installed it. We were a bit surprised by Best Buys salesperson telling us it did not come with hoses and then saw them in the machine. It turned out that Best Buy wont actually hook the machine up unless you spend an extra thirty dollars to buy metal hoses. Self hook up is trivial but its comforting to have the delivery man hook it up and run it through a quick test. Disappointing that Best Buy takes this approach.

I love this washer. It has made doing the laundry so much easier. Takes less time and uses less water and energy. Doesn't have that annoying buzzer; instead has a chime when cycle is finished.

I love my washer and dryer! It is exactly what I needed. It cleans big loads with no problem, and the steam cleaning features are wonderful!

Great for large loads awesome pricing . Just can't beat the value. Would definitely recommend to others.

Works fine for a fairly inexpensive washer and has more features than I need.

This thing has been great! If I could figure out how to make a custom cycle, it would be even better... But that's my only complaint!

As a whole this was a good purchase. Most of the machines the store we visited had this size so I thought it was large. Shame on me for not knowing the market. The on/off switch is locked if you push and hold child lock only. That is a bit of a nuisance as if it is bumped you have to restart the whole cycle. In addition to the child lock feature, it would've been nice for the button to need to be held down to turn off mid-load. Aside from wishing I had gotten a bigger size and the on/off feature we have been pleased.

This washer seemed to be the best for the cost, though washers and dryers have become very expensive overall (for some reason). This washer has excellent options and one thing I really like is having access to the drain trap from a small front panel that opens. My old washer had to be unscrewed in the front for periodic maintenance/removal of the occasional things that get caught in the trap. Excellent design.

The only compliant I have is that the installer did not balance the machine .

This washer has all the settings I need and it was very simple to learn how to use. When it is running it is very quiet. It has good build quality.

this front loader is a little noisy when cycle starts. it is heavy duty. Cleans well
