Love the duel opening right hand door which allows you to gain access to items most likely used and not allow warm air to enter the entire refrigerator. Also like the water dispenser which allows you to fill a large pitcher which was not available on prior models

We got the counter-depth model, but there's no shortage of space. The design makes use of every inch with lots of compartments for organizing and customizing. The door-in-door feature is wonderful, but does take a little effort to remember to use it and avoid opening the large compartment when you don't need to. The LED lighting makes the interior bright. We love it and would recommend it highly.

My wife and I looked at friges for quite some time. She had features she wanted and I had one in particular I wanted. We researched many sites on line and looked in many stores. Finally we picked out one that had all the features both of us wanted. We've had it a couple of months now and are very pleased.

This refrigerator is spacious inside providing much more cooling and freezing capacity than my counter depth Bosch. The refrigerator cools adequately but at lowest settings things are not as cool as the same settings in my old refrigerator. The problems are in the awkward design and light construction. It feels like it would be easy to break the door closers and in fact one has to really press on the door-in-door side to be sure it closes or it just wants to hang loosely open. Same with freezer drawer. Still I do appreciate the inside capacity and will continue to try to work with it. Seems pricey for the shoddy construction.

Great use of space. Easy use of ice. Great adjustable shelves allow you to adjust to what you keep in your fridge. Not to mention it looks great!

Excellent product, love the door in door feature and plenty of storage space for a counter depth. First one that was delivered the ice maker leaked but Best Buy replaced it with a new refrigerator. I am impressed with the customer service.

Frig has lots bells and whistles. It is extremely quiet and has a lot of veratility with shelving and drawers. Some of the materials of construction are a bit flimsy for such an expensive frig.

Love the bottom freezer and door allowing one to open to get at items without opening fully.

I like the convenient third door and the adjustable doors.

bought a refrigerador thermometer and it shows that in its coolest setting it doesn't cool to acceptable refrigerator degrees

Easy to use. Like the projection on the ice dispenser. It protects the rimes on my good glasses.

I bought the LG counter depth fridge and had it 13 months when it stopped working. Heard the sound of a motor running that would shut off when the door opened. Air not circulating - not cooling. Error code on front door EF. Technician replaced freezer fan, fridge fan, and at this point he checked the board and says it is not repairable. A second repairman from LG is coming tomorrow. Not Happy. I did not buy extended warranty. Guess I should have because I needed it the month after the LG one year warranty ran out.

About a year old and the refrigerator sounds like a generator - a loud sound that comes on and off... tried calling LG and they are asking me to change the filter and water filer (which I replaced)- when it is actually the fan causing the sound.... poor customer service - now my warranty is up :(

It broke after 2 months and repairman cannot fix and LG will not refund my $ or replace. I am out $3k. I WILL NEVER BUY AN LG PRODUCT AGAIN
