Over the last few years I have purchased LG Bluetooth headphones. Unfortunately they Don't seem to last long and because I always get the Geek Squad warranty end up replacing them with new ones. LG has gone thru several model changes. The last one J had were no longer available so I was stuck with these. Cons-They are small and tight around your neck. Battery life is not that great.Bluetooth connection seems to get choppy even when your phone is in your pocket. Buttons are small and hard to navigate. Pro-water/sweat resistant. Retractable ear buds.

Only drawback is power button doesn't work on occasion. You have to continuously push it. I tried Bose Bluetooth set prior to purchasing this one and the LG has much better quality of sound.

got them as a gift for someone, they loved them. they were able to wear them while working out, they fit just fine. i personally didnt like how they fit around my neck. it was really lose.

LG makes great audio headphones and the retractable feature is amazing. The microphone sucks; everybody thought it sounded muffled. It is also a tight fit for people who have thick necks.

I bought these to replace an old bluetooth set that quit working. I have been extrememly pleased with the sound quality and ease of connection. The retractable ear buds are a great feature

Sound quality is awesome - great for music lovers. This is my second LG, the controls are located different that the first. Phone use; people sometimes have a hard time hearing me.

The product fits closely around the neck which means it stays in place for the most part when working out. Range may not be as good as they project. Connectivity may be lacking at times

Stays connected and battery lasts longer than expected. I use it mostly during work and the buds stay put and I never have trouble with sound

These have a nice and snug profile to ones neck. Great battery life! Great sound quality! Only have to charge about once per week.

I have owned the platinum series before and the sound is much better for the extra money. Thought I would try the Active series to see if it's more durable for my uses.

Very good headphones for working out. Fair headphones for using on business calls. Have had some issues with clarity of people hearing my voice while on the phone speaking.

It works great, nice sound and the prompts are good. I like it and it's simple to use. The retractable earbuds are great too.

This is my 6th set of lg. The first set were great and lasted 2 yrs. but every set since then seems to get worse and does not last as long. I drive a truck for a living and they are required by my company for dispatch. LG does warranty them but they want you to send them back to them and it takes at least 3 weeks to get them back. You cant just return to the store for a new set. It seems like the more things they put on them the worse they get. The retractable ear bugs are great because the cord does not get caught on this, but you have to be careful not to pul hard on them or let them snap back in. The speakers sound great when they work, but 3 sets i have hands problems with them. The microphone always seem to be the first thing to go, people tell me i sound like im a million miles away at time, but if you call them back sometimes it goes away. The voice command feature is great while your driving, but there are times i have to repeat what i want until it get it right. If that was the only problem i would give them 5 stars, but its not. Over all i keep going back to them mainly because i cant stand wearing a head set or having the type that attaches to my ear. I just wish they would either let you return to the store for a new set when you have a problem, and bring back the quality of the older sets. Dont take this revue the wrong way,i have been using these a long time, in many different types and LG seems to make the best, but they keep adding options on them and the quality is where they need to but their effort.
