This is my 6th set of lg. The first set were great and lasted 2 yrs. but every set since then seems to get worse and does not last as long. I drive a truck for a living and they are required by my company for dispatch. LG does warranty them but they want you to send them back to them and it takes at least 3 weeks to get them back. You cant just return to the store for a new set. It seems like the more things they put on them the worse they get. The retractable ear bugs are great because the cord does not get caught on this, but you have to be careful not to pul hard on them or let them snap back in. The speakers sound great when they work, but 3 sets i have hands problems with them. The microphone always seem to be the first thing to go, people tell me i sound like im a million miles away at time, but if you call them back sometimes it goes away. The voice command feature is great while your driving, but there are times i have to repeat what i want until it get it right. If that was the only problem i would give them 5 stars, but its not. Over all i keep going back to them mainly because i cant stand wearing a head set or having the type that attaches to my ear. I just wish they would either let you return to the store for a new set when you have a problem, and bring back the quality of the older sets. Dont take this revue the wrong way,i have been using these a long time, in many different types and LG seems to make the best, but they keep adding options on them and the quality is where they need to but their effort.

Bought these about 2 months ago. And they have been working great.so far. Easy to use. Good quality sound. I use then everyday to work and haven’t had any problems.

The headset is a good product and I have found it to be useful. I purchased it because it kept losing or breaking the traditional earpiece. I would recommend it.

This is my second pair of these Excellent headphones. Highly Recommended!!! Above average sound quality. May not be suitable if neck is larger than 18 inches

This headset is an all around winner for me. I'm able to have quick access to sound or calls, long battery life (the charge outlast my day) so it never goes dead mid-call, or song. Very simple to connect to and stays on. I'm always connected with this thing and it even works well for me to jam while riding the Harley. Only con is that I like bass and the headset is a little lacking there. However, the sound isn't flat, as is the case with many ear buds, just not overwhelming bass.

Great design, very comfortable. My only issue is connectivity and the fact that this is made for active movement but when you move around you get static at times.

These are great headphones, have lasted me all day at work. I work 12hrs in a shift. They have decent sound for listening.

Really like the ease of operation of this headset. Really easy to use, very light weight, outstanding sound quality.

I use this product everyday. Once you put it on you forget that it's there it is comfortable and sound quality is great.

Everything with this headset is great the only thing that’s not the best is the range. They don’t stay connected from a distance more than 40 ft it seems.

These headphones are really good. I was looking for something that would work well and these have a great sound, i can wear them while doing yard work.

Very great sound quality very pleased and they are sweat resistant so when I work out they won't get messed up.

Works well like that it is sweat (water) resistant. Would not have lg's Regular model and recommend Best Buy's extended warranty with this one.

Occasionally come out and at times loses the signal. Works well most of the time. Comfortable. Instructions could be better. Set up be geek squad.

The music doesn’t sound as nice as Beats. But it’s a good pair of headphones. I really like making a call. It’s very clear. Great for the price

These are my wife's and she said they much better sound than her old LG Tones. Still holding up well after almost 2 years
