I was forced to chose this item as a warranty replacement for an older set of LG Bluetooth headphones. Initially the look is sleek and I was impressed. However, my boyfriend's neck is large and he struggles with the fact that it is tight. It is also shorter and does not come around his neck as far. He chose to keep wearing in case they stretched out and molded better to his neck. That never happened. After a few weeks, I started to notice that the sound quality was getting worse. It sounds like his microphone is inside a tunnel. I can barely hear him sometimes and others, he is so muffled that I have to ask him over and over to repeat himself. We purchased this with a 2 year warranty, which I strongly suggest to any Best Buy purchaser. It is worth its weight in Gold! We will most likely wait until a better set by LG or another brand comes out, that Best Buy sells, and return them for a warranty exchange.

This is my 3rd LG headset. The first model I had worked well until the battery just decided it wouldn't charge. The next model I got was the active. This too was awesome except when I sweat,it got the microphone wet and no one could understand what I was saying. This really irritated me considering they are "Active". Now I have these. They seem ok but I worry about the sweat. Time will tell I guess.

My LG Tone Active Headset does not stay in place around my neck. Several times I've caught it before it fell to the floor. I have experienced not being heard by the person on the phone line... several times. I thought it would be a nice upgrade... not at all!

This was a replacement to a model that worked great but gave out. Replaced with a inferior model. It does not have the range, 20 feet, so I have to carry my phone in order to answer a call☹. Not comfortable to wear for long period, made for a slender neck. I feel I was taken advantage of, supposed to be an equal exchange??

This Bluetooth headset is great for mowing grass and work. Long lasting battery.

A favorite of mine Tried several and they keep improving. This one is simple and I love it on my neck. I tried just earbuds. I couldn’t keep them in or keep up with them. So I went back to headset. Easy to hang on to. And I love the retractables. I listen to music, books and talk on phone. They are great.

Sounds well.my only issue that I play music all day and the battery doesn't last
