As an owner my own business it was difficult talking on the cellular phone but now I can do it hands free.

Every dollar well spent and worth it.Quality of sound is outstanding.

I received these as a gift and was extremely excited due to I loved the retractable earbud feature. However, when I am speaking to someone on the phone they have a hard time hearing me, unless I turn the left part of the neck piece (that has the microphone part) to where it is almost directly under my chin. This is not very comfortable. Other than that I am doing ok with them.

This head set is a little snug around my neck. It works well but I would have preferred it to be a bit looser.

This is a very goid headset the sound is so good when you listen to music

Too bulky and small. Callers had a hard time hearing me on phone calls.

Real nice bluetooth. The ends are magnetic. The speaker technology is clear.

Got this as a replacement for for my mans beats X for when he's out in the field doing construction. He says for someone who's constantly bending over and moving these are far more secure and will not fall off your neck compared to the beats x. The buttons on his beats x also went out really fast and thus far we have not experienced the same problems with the lg's

I work out side, sweat and rain resistance. Great for the job I do.

I originally had the LG Tone Active HBS-A50 & it was great, no problems, never any complaints about not being able to hear me on the other end. But when one of my ear plugs had a short in it and I went to get a new one (because I have a warranty to get it replaced) and they advised me that the HBS A-50 model was discontinued and this is the new model available. So not only did I get this new model, it cost more and I had to pay the difference. It is NOTHING like the previous model and it sounds terrible on the other end. I am a mail carrier and need hands free headset that can withstand sweat and continuous wear and movement without constant muffle or mishap,/ and this new model doesn't make the cut. I would not recommend. I literally had to wear it above my ear and have my hat hold it up in order for people to hear me a little bit.

I like the retractable earphones it should extend the life of the product and keeps them from damages
